Sardinia, as the bougainvillea, hibiscus, the daffodils, the arbutus. Enveloped by the inebriating essences of the Mediterranean, the villa enjoys a privileged location in a true natural amphitheater with breathtaking views of the crystal clear sea of Sardinia.
The property, a beautiful two-family house, is divided into two distinct units:
• The first villa consists of a spacious living room, closed kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a comfortable patio for pleasant lunches and relaxing moments outdoors.
• The second villa consists of a living room, closed kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large cellar which also serves as a pantry.
