We started in Summer 2009 and have been building and
increasing in style, information and entertainment, in which we
live, love and experience. Gippsland the Lifestyle supports and
showcases amazing stories from a variety of fields and devoted
to Gippsland.
Gippsland the Lifestyle magazine is a true independent, locally
produced and distributed magazine. With a distribution in
excess of 5000 copies, the magazine can be found in retail
outlets such as newsagents, supermarkets and general stores
throughout the Gippsland region – as far north as Mallacoota,
south to Cranbourne, east to Phillip Island, west to Omeo and
their surrounds. Also, placed in clubs, hotel rooms, hospitals,
doctors’ surgeries, hairdressers, cafes, real estate agencies,
petrol stations and high profile businesses alike.

quarterly magazine with colourful, clear design and in-depth

ADVERTISING RATES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE.
Due to printing and ink variances we cannot guarantee exact accuracy of colours on supplied artwork, which includes logos,
backgrounds, images etc., but will endeavour to take reasonable diligence in the design. It is the responsibility of the advertiser to ensure
that advertisements conform to the Trade Practices Act 1974. Gippsland the Lifestyle magazine will not be responsible for any errors once
the artwork has been given final approval by the advertiser in writing and will not accept any liability for printed mistakes.
Gippsland the Lifestyle magazine will provide proofs of new advertisements that require production by it. Charges for advertiser’s
alterations in excess of three changes to the first proof, will be incurred. To avoid this charge, the advertiser is encouraged to provide a
clear original guide of how they would like their advert to look. Gippsland the Lifestyle magazine does not accept responsibility for the
accuracy and correctness of artwork.
Material produced by Gippsland the Lifestyle magazine will become property of publisher. Should the advertiser wish to use the
advertisement in other publications, a release fee of $250 will be charged and the material cannot be released until publication of
Gippsland the Lifestyle magazine.
Cancellation of space after reservation deadline is not accepted. If an advertiser does not meet copy deadline, the publisher may insert a
previous advertisement, or if there has been no previous advertisement, the publisher may prepare and insert an advertisement without
prior approval of copy or layout by the advertiser. Acceptance of advertising is subject to Gippsland the Lifestyle magazine’s approval,
and agreement by the advertiser to indemnify and protect the publisher from loss or expense claims or suits based upon contents or
the subject matter of such advertisements. This includes lawsuits for copyright infringement and unauthorised use of a person’s name or
photograph.
Gippsland the Lifestyle reserves the right to cancel any advertisers contract if payments are not received on a regular basis or in the result
of non-payment. If the bill is not paid within 45 days, a 10% increase may be incurred.
In the event of a non-payment, all costs of collection and attorney’s fees shall be accountable by the advertiser or their guarantor.
All orders are accepted on these terms and conditions outlined. Gippsland the Lifestyle is not responsible for any verbal representations
unless otherwise incorporated. This agreement cannot be cancelled without written consent of Gippsland the Lifestyle magazine.
