An Amazing architecture in these places
gives the visitor an illusion of Tuscany,
born of Italian dreams of nineteenth
century artists and architects who
participated in the reconstruction
of Clisson after the wars of Vendée.
Built on the remains of a medieval fortress, Goulaine castle is the last great castle
of the Loire on the way to the estuary. its sumptuous lounges are among the most
beautiful of the castles of the Loire. Here can also be found a beautiful butterfly
greenhouse and the official museum of the famous Nantes LU biscuits.

Unique white wine of the world

comes from Burgundy Melon
grape variety.
The Muscadet wine can be
developed into local appellations,
expressing the soils, so called
as “terroir”.

natural setting of fifty routes throughout
the area.
GRP® Sevre and Maine:
A quality route along banks or hillsides
of the Sèvre and Maine rivers,
and neighbouring areas.
St. James’s Way borrows part of its route.
GRP® the Pays Nantais:
It tours the urban area of Nantes
making a stop on the Loire river.
Interpretive trail «Whispers of Rocks»
A Playful discovery of the flora
and fauna with original and varied themes
for the whole family.
The Vineyard on a bicycle® is a network
of accessible cycling routes made up of
5 thematic loops going from 9 to 32 km.
In some knocks of pedals, discover
privileged points of view on the vineyard
and make a stop in the various sites (museum,
wineries, zoo) which mark out these cycling
routes. A discovery to be made in complete
safety in family or between friends.
The Loire à Vélo®: the most beautiful route
to discover the largest and most wildest
French river. It travels the Vineyard of
Nantes with the southern variant of the
Mauves-sur-Loire – Nantes route.
10 km of safe greenway along the Divatte
levee which allows to connect without
danger the site of Pierre Percée,
in La Chapelle-Basse-Mer, in Basse-Goulaine
to Saint-Julien-de-Concelles.
