Ginger Thins and Anna Karlsson who love

Her Ginger Thins were so sought after, that
she and her younger sister Emma began baking year round. In 1929, the sisters opened a
domestic school on Artillerigatan Street in
Stockholm where they educated young girls to
be maids in the upper class homes. As a part
of their business, they started a bakery where
they baked and sold Ginger Thins. Today,
Anna’s Thins are a favorite in Swedish homes
and the 100 year-old recipe continues to be a
well-protected secret.
