within a hospital. Other facilities located outside of
a hospital must transport patients in emergencies.
At RRH patients have immediate access to critical
care doctors and intensive care units.

discharged home compared to 81% nationally.
3. Staff on the unit are dedicated to the highest
quality. Over 80% of our eligible registered nurses
have obtained their certification as rehab nurses
and we have therapists certified in brain injury and
neurodevelopmental techniques.
4. Roper Rehabilitation Hospital has a full kitchen and
a “Real Life Room” with a car to practice your day
to day skills.
5. The Rapid Response and Stroke Teams are readily
available in an emergency.
6. Dialysis is available at Roper Hospital and is
