Unfortunately, one of our competitors is using Covee model
names for their Diamond balls once again. A few years ago,
they named a ball of lesser quality CD-1 because the Covee/
Diamond CD-1 was our best-selling ball. They simply printed
the same letters on a different ball, so that they could offer it for
a lower price.
In 2009, they found it necessary to do this once again by putting
D-500 on their softballs. Our Covee/Diamond D-500 has been
the best softball on the market for years and we supplied this ball
to the European Softball Federation for several years. They now
put D-500 on their VINYL balls, while the Covee/Diamond D-500
is LEATHER.
As many people know by now, Covee/Diamond has been
Covee’s own brand for baseballs and softballs for over 20 years.

Easton and DeMarini do not give any warranty on bats that are sold
outside the United States. As a service, Covee offers a 1-month
warranty on cracks, dents, and breaks. After this period, there is no
more warranty. There are no exceptions to this rule. Small dents
and “noises” may become noticeable, but they do not influence the
performance and therefore do not qualify for warranty.
Bats are very sensative to temperature changes and cold weather.
Do NOT use aluminium bats when it is less than 15 degrees, in a batting cage, on a pitching machine, or in indoor halls with hard floors.
Youth bats are only to be used by youth and with safety balls.
