CLOCK TOWER BEACH IN THE OLD PORT
Located at the base of the Clock Tower, erected in 1921 to commemorate
the brave Merchant Navy sailors who disappeared during World War I,
the beach can accommodate up to 800 people. At 45 meters high,
the top of the tower offers a spectacular view of Montréal, while the
base provides a fun and friendly environment with a unique holiday
atmosphere. The stretch of silky sand has beach umbrellas and weeping
willows, brightly coloured chairs and fixtures, showers and mist stations,

WORLD TRADE CENTRE MONTRÉAL
Opened in 1992, the World Trade Centre covers a full city block in Old
Montréal where historical buildings have been completely renovated and
are connected by a vast skylight. The resulting atrium runs the length
of La Ruelle des fortifications, an inspiring venue to hold special events
like weddings, banquets, galas, and cocktail parties at any time of the
year. Under the Montréal sky and surrounded by Victorian elegance, the

Housed in a former textile warehouse, Entrepôts Dominion is an original
and versatile space designed specifically for personalized events such as
weddings, fashion shows, launches, cocktails or corporate parties. The
venue was recently renovated, but elements of the original industrial design,
including brick walls, concrete floors and high ceilings remain, which give
the place a New York loft look.

NEW CITY GAS
A completely renovated building that maintains its historical character,
the New City Gas complex is a flexible space that can function as, among

Built between 1915 and 1918, Château Dufresne is a Beaux Arts style
private mansion which was owned by the Dufresne brothers, two important
members of Montréal French bourgeoisie. The building boasts an interior
decor painted by artist Guido Nincheri and is testament to the tastes of the
roaring twenties’ bourgeoisie. Located in the Maisonneuve district near the
Space for Life, this sumptuous building offers elegant and distinguished

RIALTO THEATRE
The Rialto, which was inspired by Le Palais Garnier (Opéra de Paris) and
built to plans by Montréal architect Joseph-Raoul Gariepy in 1923-24, was
restored in 2012. With four halls of varying sizes, the venue can accommodate a wide range of events, including private parties, anniversaries,
graduations, fundraisers, galas, shows, weddings, product launches and
cocktail parties, all in an opulent décor that boasts marble staircases,
painted ceilings, gilded moldings and a Tiffany stained-glass dome. Small
stage, sound, light and projection systems are available, as are tables,
chairs, bar service and a fully furnished kitchen.
