such as URL and IP Camera or from local device, such as webcam, TV Tuner card,

Screen Capture
1.1 Mode:
Follow Cursor: Select this mode to select captured region by following
cursor, and cursor is in the center of the screen.
Specific Windows: Select this mode to select captured region by the
existed windows in the screen.

Specific Area: Select this mode to select captured region by customized
definition.
Full Screen: Select this mode to capture the full screen.
1.2 Capture Cursor:
Tick this item to capture screen with cursor overlay.
1.3 Hide Software:
Tick this item to capture screen but hide this software.
1.4 Minimize program on start recording:
Tick this item to minimize software while starting recording.
2. Focus:
Users can move the scroll right and left to zoom up or down.

URL Link:
Type the URL link here, it can begins as http://... or mms://... or
rtsp://....
User Name:
If this online files need to input their user name and password to confirm
first, users can type user name here instead of opening a new website.

1. Connection Settings:
1.1 IP Camera URL: Type the URL link here, then you can view the live
show captured by IP Camera.
1.2 Connection Timeout: Set the connection timeout among 500 20000 milliseconds, equal to 0.5 - 20 seconds.
1.3 Receive Timeout: Set the receive timeout among 500 - 20000
milliseconds, equal to 0.5 - 20 seconds.
2. Authentication:
To view this online capturing need to input their user name and
password to confirm first, users can type user name and password here.
3. Send IP Camera Command:
Type some commands to IP Camera, such as asking camera to move
right or left, to zoom in or out. Still different IP Cameras have different
commands, so please make sure you really know it.

Send DV Command: Send dv commands, such as play, stop...
Settings: Click the button to set properties for video devices.
Pixellization: used to create a pixellized effect.
2. Image/Rotation Adjust:
Tick this item to adjust "Image Adjust", and un-tick to set "Rotation".
2.1 Image Adjust: Adjust image by bright, saturation, contrast and hue.
2.2 Rotation: Rotate screen by the following degrees. "+" is turned as
clockwise and "-" is counter-clockwise.
2.3 Flip Vertical: Rotate screen vertical 180 degrees. Only available
when adjust "Rotation".
2.4 Flip Horizontal: Rotate screen horizontal 180 degrees. Only
available when adjust "Rotation".
2.5 Invert Colors: Invert the captured files' screen color.
2.6 Gray Color: Tick to change the captured file's screen's color as gray.
3. Deinterlacing:
Adjust the captured files' compress mode.

1. Buttons:
1.1 Add: Add small size window in the screen.

Add Effects
1.1 Add Image:
Users can add desired image in the captured files, the formats of *.jpg, *.
bmp, *.png are supported.
1.2 Add Flash:
Users can add desired flash in the captured files, the formats of *.swf is
supported.
1.3 Text:
Users can edit desired texts on the screen. And the words can be edited
from font, size, colors...

2. Custom, Filters, Flash and PinP:
Users can click those buttons to add effects which are offered by our
application.

All the effects are showed in this window.

1. Brush:
Select the paint brush as curve, color fill and seal, still can select the
erase to clean wrong part or clear all, and then reset cursor to select
again.
2. Brush size:
Click desired item to change the size of brush or erase.

Capture Online Files
Video Capture Master not only enables you to capture files from DV and TV Cards
but also to capture files online, such as videos from website like YouTube and from
IP Camera. These online capturing steps are almost the same; this part of the user
manual guides you to capture video and image from IP Camera. Start now!

PinP Capture
This is an upgrade feature in Video Capture Master! It is such a powerful feature in
capturing files. Let's try it now!
Step 1. Click add button to add small window. Then click button setting positions to
change the window's position.

Add Image
Video Capture Master is such a powerful application that can help you add effects
on the screen. Users can add image, flash and text on the screen. The steps of
adding flash are same with the steps of adding image. So this part of the user
manual guides you to add images and texts effects.

Step 1. Click button "Effects" on main menu. And click button on the top "Add
Image".
Step 2. Adjust the appearance of video. Choose the desired image and then a new
window pop-up as below:

adding to effect file.
Step 4. Click button "OK", then this image will be displayed in the screen.

Step 2. Type the words in "Input Text". And then adjust the font, size and color.

How can I add a water mark on my images or video files?
Click button "Effects" in the main panel; add any water mark as you like. For more
detailed steps, go to "Add Image".
I lost my registration code and I want to reinstall Video Capture Master.
What should I do now?

Temporary captured files are stored in Material Preview Window. Right-click to
preview your file. Or click "Settings" in main panel to get default save path.
