FlashArt brings back one of its hi toric surveys. Far this Top 100 we wanted to grasp tbe public's opinion of art - that is, of our readers and, far
the first time, the users of the new Flash Art iPad application, which is receiving mucb attention and successo It is a large public, actively following
art by attending exbibitions and keeping up-to-date by reading specialized art magazines. It is a public that creates movement in the art scene
through the judgments made in a few passing comments that, when grouped togetber and elabarated upon, become the leading opinion of today's
art. Because in the end, the public is the true judge and eritic of the art and culture of our time.
