the world of rimfire, the 17 Winchester Super Magnum
(WSM) continues to grow in

fastest rimfire in the world
adds a 20-grain solid-copper
hollow point, traveling 2,875
feet per second.
The 17 WSM Power Core
offers the downrange performance
of a centerfire cartridge at only

M-22 SubSonic 22 LR
Winchester Ammunition continues to invest
in its rimfire product line with the development
of a new M-22 Subsonic.
The M-22 Subsonic is designed specifically to
function in semi-automatic firearms while remaining subsonic from both pistol
and rifle length barrels. The new M-22 Subsonic™ features a 45-grain Black
Plated Lead Round Nose bullet that has the equivalent energy of full velocity
36-grain rimfire products. In addition, the M-22 Subsonic utilizes non-corrosive
priming and clean burning powder for reduced muzzle flash.
M-22 Subsonic is ideal for use in both suppressed and unsuppressed firearms. In Winchester testing, M-22 Subsonic measured at 129 dB from an unsuppressed rifle, which is significantly quieter than a full velocity .22 LR fired from
a suppressed rifle (138 dB). With the addition of a suppressor, M-22 Subsonic
achieves a remarkably quiet 116 dB.

Varmint X®
After much anticipation, Winchester Varmint X now includes Shot-Lok Technology in a new shotshell load developed specifically for hunting predators.
The popularity of Shot-Lok Technology in other Winchester products
such as Long Beard® XR® and Rooster XR® rolled seamlessly into what
is now one of the most devastating shotshell products available for longrange shots on coyotes, foxes and more.
Shot-Lok Technology includes a liquid gel that surrounds the pellets
in the shot cup and then hardens. The shot then launches from the barrel
nearly perfectly round for extremely tight, long-range patterns.
The new Varmint-X shotshell load is available in 3-inch, 1½-ounce plated
BBs traveling at 1,300 feet per second (fps). At 40 yards, expect more than
12 inches of penetration along with devastating knockdown power.
