INDIA. We mainly deal in products like Work Shop Machineries, Food Processing Machineries, Sheet Metal Machineries, Wood

Master-pneumatic cylinder honing machine and vertical honing machine MI-550 is a quality product from the
1992 and 1999 NSIC techmart award winner team of qualified and highly experienced engineers and skilled
work force. The cabinet of the machine is constructed out of 10 S W gauge sheet. Material duly painted to
make it quite sturdy and durable. MI-550 master pneumatic cylinder honing machine gives a close dimensional
accuracy and a perfect cross hatch pattern in the bores of engine cylinder body and sleeve. In this model
conventional vitrified or abrasives are easily interchangeable linear movement from end to end is on linear
bearings. Stroke speeds are variable and controllable. It is very easy to dial at any desired RPM and rate at
any time while honing cradle of this machine can be indexed for precise alignment of inline and 60º or 90º V'S.
FEATURES
1. The Hone Block is mounted on a sliding device to facilitate quick bore centering in a few seconds.
2. All the operations of the machines have been designed to be controlled in an easy way.
3. In case of taper in the bore at the upper & lower portion, the hone can be set at the particular level
(inching)
4. The Machine is DUCO painted to give it an excellent look.
5. This Machine is Completely noiseless in comparison with the Hydraulic one.
6. The machine is box - type which avoids the wastage of cooling liquid.
7. Due to its free flowing Honing Head, it can be adjusted left-right / up-down in the cylinder, bore within
seconds.

Gear Hobbing Machine
The heavy duty U niversal Gear Hobbing Machines represent the ultimate in sound up to date design. These are of
precision construction with superior workmanship which ensures high output and fine performance. The machine
can cut spur Gears, Helical Gears, Worm Gears, Splines, Serration sprocket Wheels, Ratchet Wheels and any other
form that can be hobbed. The bed and main column of the machines are of ample size. These are of box type
design and are well ribbed with V-type guideways. For the consistence accuracy of the machine axially adjustable
Indexing worm is provided to remove backlash. Provision has also been made to remove backlash in feed screw

Horizontal Milling Machine
ATLAS horizontal universal geared milling machines [model hina ugm-2]
with excellent performance,
precision workmanship, regular technical development & after sale services. They are offered with automatic
tree table feed in longitudinal direction. Six-spindle speed range can be attained through gearbox. The base
is constructed heavy with coolant tank, which gives enough coolant for heaviest cut. The knee is made as
heavy box type, & upper & lower movements loads are pressures through thrust bearing for easy movement.
In the column, additional cross ribs are provided for more rigidity & all guide faces are ground. The working
table construction is sturdy. Three t- slots are provided for job clamping angle adjustment up to 45 degree
at each side. The working pressure of the table lead screw is take up pressure through thrust bearings. Two
jack supports are provided for more rigidity. Hardening & grounding method processes the spindle. All screws
are made from en-8 material & nuts are made from gunmetal. Propeller shafts are provided with
needle
roller bearings.

GENERAL ENGINEERING
The BW family of machines distinguishes itself by its heavy duty
construction and large working area, higher table loads and high rates of
metal removal.
Grinding range 800 x 500 to 1000 x 500 mm
Spindle drive 7.5 KW to 11.25 KW and higher
Distance, table to spindle centre 450 mm
Specially designed spindle for heavy duty cycle runs in 2 pairs of super precision angular contact bearings on the wheel side
and one pair on the rear side. The spindle head travels in the vertical column in large combinaton 'Vee' and flat ways to
increase effective contact area to provide extra rigid support when drawing full horse power for heavy stock removal.
The traverse carriage carrying the column traverses firmly on large handscrapped guideways via electro mechanical drive.
The drive provides intermittent cross-infeed and continous feed for positioning.
The table slides via hydraulic cylinder directly on the base on handscrapped wide guideways for maximum bearing load.
All guideways are turcite coated for smooth movement free from stick slip.
The Alex low pressure hydraulic unit is located inside the base which establishes a defined thermal state in the machine
frame.
All inputs including hydraulics, bearings, electricals and controls are of internationally known make.
Optional: All models available with CNC controls for automatic grinding cycle including wheel dressing and compensation.
All models can be customized for specific application to suit custom needs.

CONSTRUCTION:
THE PIPE THREADING MACHINES are designed to give maximum
efficiency and reliable performance under the most severe
conditions of service with minimum maintenance cost. All the
necessary requirement are combind in this model to from the basic
fundamentals of correct threadings. All the gears are made of case
hardened steel with extra large face with and tooth thickness and
cut on hobbing machine for noiseless operation even at high speed.
Naturally the are built with high standards of workmanship, material
and quality so closely associated with COMPANY TRADITION.
HEAD STROCK: The head stock is of top quality casting providing support to the spindle bearings. The spindle swing on taper roller bearing are of best steel with
agrounded finish to give accurate results. Gearsof head stock are running in oil bath with oil level window.
THE SADDLE: The saddle is fitted on two pillers very precisely, it runs on pillers very smoothly and accurately to the head stock alignment.
THE APRON: The apron gives movement to the saddle towards head trevers alongwith pillers through steels rack and pinion arrangements. Its all gears are
made of best steel.

Pinch Type Plate Bending Machine
GODSON' 4 Roll double pinch type machine is designed for light, medium & heavy
gauge plates with d double pinch and pre bending operation. This one incorporates
a fixed top roll and 2 nos. Side rolls a and o one bottom roll, all 3 are independently
adjustable. This machines is with the same arrangement of 3 roll double pinch type
machine but adds another bottom roll in between of two side rolls. This allows prebending for more closer area than pre-bending obtain in 3 roll machine. This is very
much helpful while doing small diameter jobs. This machine which controls two edge
pre-bending with one insertion o of steel plate in the machine, for pre-bending is
the way reduce the flat end of plate to minimum on the both two edges, This is
accomplished by clamping the steel plate by top and central bottom roll and
bending the clamped portion by individual Gear Box & Electric Brake motor, in
mechanical version the same is carried out by Hydraulic Power Pack unit & individual
hydraulic cylinders in hydro mechanical version.

First time in India, we only offer the machine with double Gear Box, One is warm gear box and another is spur reduction gear box, due to this the fatigue in operation
and overload on electric motor & warm reduction gear box is totally avoided even when machine is Working in over capacity and more over bending operation became
more easy.
Whole machine is made out of quality prime materials.
Only Top Roll Pressing (Up-Down) and opening-closing of drop-end are through hydraulic System & cylinders all other operations are carried out mechanically in
hydro-mechanical version Top Roll Pressing is manually and opening / closing of end-dropper is manual or motorized.
Hydro-Mechanical Machine required less man power compare to mechanical version, the same directly Effect your production rate and finish job value.
Apart from above the rates are more competitive in its rang.
Very useful for getting cylindrical shapes and better performance. It works with 3 Rolls Pyramid principals. Bottom rolls are fixed and driven by Gears and warm
Reduction Gear. Box Top roll rotates in fixed positions and can be adjusted up & down manually by adjustable screws.
Housing are made from M.S.Plate of suitable strength and mounted on heavy base frame, Rolls are made from forged steel and perfectly machined for accurate result.
For correct feeding and grip axial grooves are provided on bottom rolls. Screw jack is given to keep top roll horizontal when formed shall is to take out.

Steps of Bending Operations :
The Plate can be bent on machine by hammering as shown if the thickness of the plate is half than capacity. Thicker plates should be prevent out
side the machine.
Place the Plate between bottom and top rolls by adjusting top roll manually.
Down the top roll and given pressure on the plate. Then start Main motor in clock wise direction till one end of the plate comes over first bottom
roll Reverse the Motors and get second end on second bottom.
Continue above process until you et desired shall as shown in picture.

MAKING MACHINE
OPERATIONS
A gripping device pulls the wire from the coil through a 5 roller
straightening apparatus and pushes it forward so that just the right
amount of wire lies beyond the anvil for the head to be formed.
The clamping jaws now close and hold the wire tightly while the
hammer forges the nail head. The jaws open again and the wire,
with the ready-formed head, is fed forward as for the length of nail
desired.
The jaws now close again and two opposing cutters cut off the nail
and, at the same time, form the shaped point.
The ejector now throws the wire into the delivery chute, the hammer
forms a new head and the process of nail producing continues
automatically thus producing quality nails.

FEATURES
1. Standard Accessories supplied with machine are Sleeve, Bush, Spacer for Centre Feeding, key for Tie rod nut,
maintenance tool kit & installation & maintenance manual.
2. Three Stage Injection System (for best efficiency). (First stage for slow alloy transfer, second stage for injection of
material & finally third stage for squeezing of metal in the mould in semi solidification condition).
3.The ATLAS - Rapid Machine is built with a very unique design. It has got a piston type accumulator, which is very long life
system with very rare recharging of Nitrogen & negligible breakdowns on account of gas charging in comparison to
bladder type accumulator used by other Pressure Die-Casting Machine manufacturers.
4. The floating piston in Rapid Pressure Die Casting Machines acts as a barrier between Nitrogen and Oil Chamber. This
floating piston works as a damper and due to additional gravitational force, it enhances the injection force which
ultimately improves the job quality.
5. Only the ATLAS-Rapid machines are designed on low working pressure with larger piston areas which improves the
tonnage capacity and reduces the strain and ultimately enhances the life of seals, pipelines and joints, therefore the
chances of leakage of oil is minimized.
6. All Pistons rods, Tie Rods are duly ground and hard chrome plated and are made with larger diameter to provide the
robustness to Rapid machine.
7. The design of ATLAS-Rapid Pressure Die Casting Machines consists of High Pressure and Low Pressure Tandem Pump to
reduce the Horse Power of the Motor. The running cost of the machine is reduced drastically. A lower connected load
serves the purpose.

9. Automatic unloading system to reduce the power consumption during idling, again a saving of energy
resulting higher profits by using Rapid machine.
10. All the hydraulic seals used are standard high quality PU grade (Foreign make) having very good service
life.
11. All pipeline joints where replacement of parts is anticipated are provided with ferrule type fittings so that the
breakdown period is minimised and replacement of worn out parts becomes very convenient during
maintenance.
12. The castings of platens are duly seasoned before machining to avoid deformations during machining at
manufacturing end and under usage at customers end.
13. The platens casted are made from special & tested graded alloy steel in extra ordinary thickness to give
a deflection free long lasting service life.
14. The moving platen is provided with an adjustable double taper Phosphorus Bronze foot pad slide which
maintains the alignment at the tie rods, ultimately giving smooth long working life to tie bar rods &
guide bushes.
15. The alignment of the injection cylinder is maintained within O.2mm for enhanced sleeve & plunger life
which ultimately gives higher profits.
16. Parallelism between the platens is maintained within O.2mm for long life of the mould & negligible flashing
of alloy during casting operation.
17. All toggle pins used are hardened ground and toggle bores are roller burnished for long life working with
maximum accuracy.
18. Robust Bell housing is provided between motor & tandem pump to give best alignment at the coupling for
maintenance free running of motor & pump.
19. Highly reputed centralised lubrication system with sturdy fitting is provided for smooth running of major
moving parts.
