Our guac starts with the best fruit we
can get, #1 Grade Hass avocados. They’re
grown from California through Mexico
to Peru, depending on the season. Our
suppliers deliver them ripe and ready, and
we make guacamole all day, every day by
pushing the peeled fruit through a coarse
screen for a not-too-smooth texture with
succulent lumps in all the right places.
All salads are served with a warm tortilla, except
the Taco Salad.
