Cardio Hoop is a cardiovascular exercise that uses an adult sized hula hoop (about 1.5 lbs.) to build balance, strengthen core muscles, and tone the entire body. Unlike traditional “hula hooping,” Cardio Hoop uses the hoop on all parts of the body – waist, hips, thighs, chest, neck, and arms. Zumba fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic fitness program.
