If the participant qualifies for reduced lunch, he/she might be eligible for assistance of up to 50% off published fee. If the participant qualifies for free lunch, he/she may be eligible for 75% off published fee. All scholarship applicants must show proof of eligibility for financial assistance. REFUND POLICY In the situation that a child can no longer participate in the camp for which he/she is registered, a request must be made in writing. If the request is made within a minimum of seven days prior to camp, there is a $10.00 processing fee. If a request is made less than seven days prior to the camp, a partial can be given. Once the camp has started, no refund will be given. If a participant would like to transfer to another camp, a minimum of seven days advance notice is required.
