Ability to Reserve Specific Units
(VIP Gold and Platinum Only) VIP Members may request a
specific unit number when planning their vacations. If the
specific unit is available, it will be confirmed. (Available at
Fairfield-managed resorts only).
Additional Rewards Credits
(All VIP Members) VIP Members receive additional Rewards
Credits for referral tours. VIP Members receive 300 credits
per tour, VIP Gold Members receive 350 credits per tour, and
VIP Platinum Members receive 400 credits per tour. Rewards
Credits may not be available in your state. Please contact a
Fairfield Representative for details.
Advance Reservation Priority at Associate Locations
(All VIP Members) VIP Members may confirm reservations
at Associate locations up to 13 months in advance of the
requested vacation date (3 months sooner than other
FairShare Plus Members). VIP Members have this benefit twice
per year. Gold Members have this benefit 4 times per year,
and Platinum Members have unlimited use of this benefit.
Adventure Club Trips
(All VIP Members) VIP Members will have exclusive access
to Adventure Club trips during the Standard Reservation
window. Please see page 221 for Adventure Club details.
Complimentary USA Today
(VIP Gold and Platinum Only) VIP Gold and Platinum
Members receive a complimentary USA Today every
weekday during their vacations. (Available at Fairfieldmanaged resorts only.)
Early Check-in
(All VIP Members) VIP Members receive the benefit of beating
the check-in rush by being allowed to check into their
accommodations 2 hours before all other guests. (At Fairfieldmanaged resorts only. Subject to availability.)

Express Reservation Priority Request List
(All VIP Members) may request an Express Reservation 30
days in advance of the 90 day Express Reservation window.
VIP requests receive first priority when confirming an Express
Reservation.
External Exchange Unit Size Upgrades
(VIP Gold and VIP Platinum only) Gold and Platinum
Members receive one-level unit upgrades on all low and
medium demand week external exchanges through FairShare

be deposited for a 1-Bedroom unit through FairShare Plus
with an external exchange company during a low or medium
demand week, a 2-Bedroom unit will be deposited for the

FairShare Plus Resort Unit Size Upgrade
(All VIP Members) Upon request, VIP Platinum Members can
be upgraded if a larger unit is available, 60 days prior to
arrival. VIP Gold Members can be upgraded if a larger unit
is available, 45 days prior to arrival. Standard VIP Members
can upgrade their accommodations if a larger unit is available,
30 days prior to arrival. VIP Members must call the VIP
exclusive toll-free reservation hotline to upgrade. (Subject
to availability.)
Free Guest Confirmations
(VIP Gold and VIP Platinum only) VIP Gold and VIP Platinum

Midweek “Clean and Tidy”
(VIP Gold and VIP Platinum only) VIP Gold and Platinum
Members receive the benefit of a midweek “mini” cleaning
during their full week stays with Fairfield.
Points Credit Pool Extension
(VIP Gold and VIP Platinum only) Gold and Platinum VIP
Members have up to 6 months after the start of their Use
Year to deposit all their points into the Points Credit Pool,
giving these Members an additional 6 months to decide how
to use their points.
Points Discount Within 60 Days of Check-in
(All Seasons, all VIP Members) VIP Members receive discounts
on reservations at FairShare Plus, Affiliate and Associate
locations made within 60 days of arrival. VIP – 25% discount,
Gold – 35% discount, Platinum – 50% discount.
Reciprocal Advance Reservation Priority
(VIP Gold and Platinum Only) VIP Gold and Platinum
Members are given the benefit of using Advance Reservation
Priority outside of their “home” resort 11 months prior to
their travel date.This allows those VIP Members the
opportunity to make reservations for FairShare Plus
Undivided Interest locations (see page 269 for a list of
Fairfield Undivided Interest resorts) outside of their normal
reservation window. VIP Gold Members receive 1 (one) ARP
exchange and VIP Platinum Members receive 2 (two) ARP
exchanges per year.
Standard Reservation Priority Request List
(All VIP Members) VIP Members may request a reservation
up to 2 years in advance of the desired travel date.Your
requests receive first priority immediately upon expiration
of the “home” resort Advance Reservation Priority.
Unlimited Housekeeping Credits
(All VIP Members) VIP Members receive unlimited
Housekeeping Credits to use when making a reservation.
Regardless of whether the VIP Member uses points for
multiple short vacations or one long vacation, there is no
concern over Housekeeping Credits.

Personal Interval Choice (PIC) Plus Program
Assigning Your PIC Plus Week For Points
Personal Interval Choice (PIC) Plus is the program that allows
FairShare Plus Members the option to take non-Fairfield
interval ownership and make it a part of FairShare Plus. Only
non-Fairfield intervals that can be traded as a fixed or floating
week through RCI are eligible to be enrolled in PIC Plus. With
PIC Plus, you will have the option to annually assign your
current timeshare ownership to FairShare Plus and receive
FairShare Plus points in your account.The amount of points
you receive is determined by the value of your week within
RCI (see chart on page 252).
Each year, you choose how you want to use your week —
assign the week to FairShare Plus for points, deposit the week
with RCI or use the week yourself. If you choose to assign
the week for FairShare Plus points, simply follow these steps:

flexible.These points combine with your regular FairShare
Plus points for even more vacation opportunities. You choose
what you do with your week each year — use it, exchange it
with RCI or assign it for FairShare Plus points.

About PIC Plus
e PIC Plus week point values are determined by the
seasonal designation and size of the unit as designated
by RCI. Floating time without a designated season will be
based on the white season point allocations. Lockoff units
receive a point allocation equal to the total of the two
sides from the chart.
e Owners of floating weeks may participate in the program
by first contacting their “home” resort to obtain a
designated week.
e If your non-Fairfield week has already been banked for
next year or future years, you will not be able to receive
FairShare Plus points for that week. However, PIC Plus
points still count toward VIP status.
e Assignment of your PIC Plus week for FairShare Plus
points requires a $25 fee.
e PIC Plus points cannot be converted to Rewards Credits,
put in the Points Credit Pool or used for ARP.
e You are responsible for paying the annual maintenance
and other fees associated with your non-Fairfield week,
directly to your association.
e Participation in PIC Plus requires at least 1 (one) Fairfield
ownership interest participating in FairShare Plus.
e If your FairShare Plus exchange affiliation is not with
RCI, you must maintain a separate RCI Membership to
assign your non-Fairfield week for FairShare Plus points.
e An annual program assessment based on the number of
points assigned to your PIC Plus week will be added to
your current monthly assessment.
e Points-based or Club memberships are not eligible for
enrollment in PIC Plus.
e Inventory from Fairfield Affiliate resorts cannot be
enrolled in PIC Plus.
e A resort with dual affiliation in RCI and II may only enroll
weeks in PIC Plus that are affiliated with RCI.
e All assessment fees must be current and FairShare
Plus membership must be in good standing before
your week may be assigned for FairShare Plus points.
For PIC Plus Members Only
1. Call and speak to a Vacation Planning Counselor and
advise them that you want to assign your week for
points.You must assign your week at least 10 months
prior to the check-in date of the week. For this reason,
you may not be eligible to receive FairShare Plus points
for your PIC Plus week in your first year of membership.
But remember, the PIC Plus points will still count toward
your VIP status. If you have a floating week, you must first
contact your “home” resort to obtain a specific week. If
you have a lockoff unit, you can assign the whole unit, or
each of the sides individually.
2. Upon verification from your property association that
the week is available and the fees are current, the
applicable number of points will be put into your
account.You will be sent written notice from Fairfield
that confirms the availability of your points and gives you
the expiration date by which the points must be used.
3. Points will be available for reservations for 1 (one) year
from the date of the point assignment.
