a classic double/twin room and available on direct
bookings only. Upgrades to superior
and four poster rooms are available from £35
subject to availability. Rates are non-refundable
and non-transferable and payable at time of booking.

Christmas Eve
Check in after 2pm and enjoy afternoon
tea and homemade cakes between 2pm
and 4pm. The staff choir will welcome
you with Christmas carols from 4pm in
the Drawing Room. Family board games
will be available in the Petwood Suite.

will be available in the restaurant from
6pm with music from our pianist.

Our Christmas Escape guests can

leisure in the restaurant from 8am.
Lunch will be served in the Dining
Room from 12pm with music by
harpist and pianist Robert Pacey.
After lunch, hotel residents can enjoy
a relaxing afternoon with board
games, a selection of magazines,
watch the Queen’s Speech in the
Garden Room or play table tennis
on the Wii in the Petwood Suite.
A light buffet supper of cheese, cold
meats, breads and a glass of port
will be served from 7pm and the
Christmas quiz will take place in the
Drawing Room at 9.30pm.

All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances and are required at the time of booking for the following events;
Party nights - £25 per person, menu choices and final balance due 4 weeks prior to the event.
Christmas Escape - £100 per person, final balance due 4 weeks prior.
Christmas Day lunch - £50 deposit per person for day guests, final balance due 4 weeks prior.
Boxing Day lunch - £20 per person, final balance due 4 weeks prior.
New Year’s Eve - £100 per person for residents / £50 per person for non-residents, final balance due 4 weeks prior.
Dress code Black Tie. Not suitable for under 16s.
