Upon arrival at the Hotel for your Christmas break, you will be welcomed by our team.
After check-in enjoy some Christmas treats, such as delicious mince pies, toasted caramelised
almonds and our Salthill Hotel homemade mulled wine. Spend your afternoon at your leisure.

Blackrock Bar and Lounge
Blackrock Bar and Lounge sparkles with style and sophisticated fun.
Beginning in early November, hot festive drinks will be served to help
you warm up as the days get darker and the weather gets colder,
there is no better place to get into the Christmas spirit.
With live music every Friday and Saturday night, it makes the perfect
place to gather colleagues and friends for a more casual experience
and enjoy a cocktail from our extensive list together
with delicious bar food or light bites.
Salthill has plenty to offer for you and yours to enjoy. Wrap up warm and take a stroll
on the famous Promenade, followed by a relaxing hot toddy in Blackrock Bar.
Your evening commences with our Christmas Eve Cocktail Reception in Blackrock Bar,
accompanied by the festive sounds of our resident pianist. Pre-dinner drinks will be followed
by a delectable gourmet dinner in PROM Restaurant. For our younger guests, we will have
a very special guest who is sure to bring festive cheer to all at Salthill Hotel
on this magical Christmas Eve, “Santa Claus is coming to Town”.
Christmas Day
It’s the most wonderful time of the year
Wake on Christmas morning and join us for a Champagne Breakfast Brunch in the
Amber Restaurant where Santa will make a visit with treats for all. Take a stroll to
Blackrock Tower to watch or join in the fun of the annual Christmas swim.
Time for the main event, Christmas Lunch prepared by our Head Chef, Johnny Mannion,
will be served in PROM Restaurant. Indulge in the delicious delights of this
festive feast whilst overlooking the beautiful Promenade.
After lunch retire to Blackrock Bar to relax and unwind. Enjoy some mince
pies and mulled wine while sharing stories or playing games amongst family and new
found friends. Indulge in a light buffet supper, at your leisure, throughout the evening.
Have some merry fun with live music in Blackrock Bar where you can
dance the night away to Christmas melodies and traditional songs.
Christmas Day Lunch will be served at 2pm and 3.30pm.

Today is yours to do with as you please, just get comfortable with a good book, board game or
enjoy the leisure facilities of the hotel. A light lunch will be served in Amber Restaurant, with Jazz
entertainment throughout the afternoon. A sumptuous meal will be served in PROM Restaurant,
then you can retire to Blackrock Bar for more festive musical entertainment.
This New Years Eve dine in the festive atmosphere of PROM Restaurant
for only €35.00 p.p. including a glass of champagne. Relax and enjoy your meal
while indulging in the acoustic sounds of our resident guitarist Vincenzo.

Terms And Conditions
Christmas Party Nights Provisional Booking
• A provisional booking will be held for 14 days at which time the relevant deposit is required.
• If the event falls within 14 days full payment is required within 48 hours of the booking being made.
• If the booking is not confirmed after 14 days the booking shall be released without notice.
• The Hotel is under no obligation to extend the booking, unless so confirmed by both parties.
Payment
• A payment of €20 per person must be received on confirmation of the booking.
Please be advised that this is non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Full pre-payment is required one month in advance.
• The Hotel reserves the right to cancel any booking if full pre-payment is not received one month prior to the event.
• Proof of payment can only be confirmed on production of a valid receipt.
• In the event of a cancellation or reduction of numbers, money (deposit or full payment)
cannot be offset against other services ie. beverage, wine or accommodation.
• Additional numbers will only be catered for subject to availability.
Accommodation
• Bookings and rates are subject to availability.
• All bookings must be guaranteed with a credit card or deposit.
• A deposit of 50% of the booking value is required at the time of booking, with the full pre-payment
due one month in advance. Please be advised that this is non-refundable and non-transferable.
• For group bookings of 10 or more bedrooms a contract will be issued stating terms and conditions.

• The Hotel reserves the right to alter any dates or services within this brochure without prior notice.
