New Paragon Calculators 2014” Guide Here!
New Paragon Financial Calculators Black Knight is pleased to present a new line of financial calculators. The new calculators utilize responsive design which allows them to be viewed on any size screen and orientation. In addition to the responsive design, each calculator includes slider controls for data entry, collapse/display controls, graphs, data descriptions in interactive hover displays, definitions of terms and each calculator generally has fewer inputs making them much easier to use. The number of calculators has been increased from 20 to 25 with two more custom calculators in the works to replace previous calculators that were not available from the new vendor. In many cases, the replacement calculators provide the same or similar features as the previous calculators and in most cases, additional features. There are several that were dropped due to minimal usage (less than 1% usage). If your favorite was among the dropped calculators, we apologize for any inconvenience but we’re sure you’ll ultimately find greater functionality in the replacements. The calculator results can be printed. We are currently exploring the ability to include the calculators in the emailed report viewer and Client Connect—but this will be future functionality. The following two calculators are being custom-built to meet the functionality of two from the previous set and will be released when they are completed. Promoting these to production will not require a code release. Seller Net Proceeds, which will replace the previous “Net Proceeds” calculator and Buyer Cost Estimate, which will replace the “Buyer’s Cost” calculator The following pages include a brief description and screenshot of each new calculator.
