GRAND PRIZE DRAWING: One (1) Grand Prize winner will be randomly selected on or about 06/19/09 from among all eligible entries received. Drawing will be conducted by Bank of North Carolina. An
impartial non-entrant person will be asked to draw a single entry form, from all eligible forms to determine the winner. The drawing date is approximate. Odds of winning depend upon total number of eligible
entries received. The winner will be notified by mail and/or telephone or e-mail. GRAND PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize consists of only the item (or items) specifically listed as the prize. GENERAL RULES: One
(1) Grand Prize is open to US Citizens, 18 years of age or older, and sign Official Entry Form. Board of Director members, officers and employees of Bank of North Carolina, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising
agent, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible. Winner must sign an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability/Prize Acceptance Form within five
days of notification. Noncompliance will result in disqualification and an alternate may be selected among eligible entries. Return of Grand Prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an
alternate may be selected among eligible entries. All entries become property of Bank of North Carolina and shall not be returned. No substitution or transfer/assignment of prize permitted by winner. Any previous
winner of a Bank of North Carolina giveaway will not be eligible to win this Grand Prize. An individual is limited to winning only one Bank of North Carolina give-away. Correspondence relating to entry will
not be answered or acknowledged. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules. Bank of North Carolina is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing
of the offer, errors in accounting report, administration of Grand Prize or in the announcement or use of the prize. PUBLICITY: The name and pictures of the winner can be used by Bank of North Carolina in any
promotional manner without additional compensation. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that the prize will be considered sufficient compensation for all terms and conditions. The winner agrees to be
photographed or video taped for promotional purposes. The winner has no inspection or approval authority concerning any promotional material produced or used by Bank of North Carolina. The winner releases

Grand Prize Details: Mayan Riviera, Mexico (5 days / 4 nights – December 3 – 7, 2009)
Round trip coach class airfare from station home cities to Cancun, Mexico. Round trip airport – hotel transfers including baggage handling (hosted by WGHP). Welcome stamped postcards (set of 4). Private
Welcome cocktail reception hosted by WGHP, and dinner (with wine) with entertainment at the Resort (with Program Orientation). Four (4) nights deluxe accommodations with Jacuzzi and private balcony or
terrace (double occupancy) at the 4 star deluxe all-inclusive Aventura Spa Palace Resort, including all applicable taxes. Daily full American breakfast (4) at leisure at the Resort. Private full day tour to ChichenItza with lunch (with beer and wine) by WGHP. Daily lunch (2) (with wine) at leisure at the Resort. Unlimited premium drinks at all bars at the Resort. Unlimited tours to Tulum/Zpu-Ha, Cobo, EkBalam/Valladolid, and Isla Mujeres. Full participation in on-property activities and entertainment. Agreement for Mayan Riviera, Mexico Trip Award Package / WGHP-TV/Community Television of North Carolina LLC, December 3 – 7, 2009. Name: Bank of North Carolina (1) trip packages for (2) passengers
Advertiser, WGHP-TV and recipients of awards must execute a passenger designation release (provided by travel company). When trips are awarded, the travel company will be issuing IRS Form 1099 to the
trip recipient. There are not alternate packages; qualifiers must travel with the group. Award trips are for the sole use of clients as qualified and are not saleable or transferable. All travelers’ names must be
submitted in final form by September 25, 2009. The travel award has been designed specifically for adult participation; travelers must be at least 18 years of age. Advertiser is not allowed to “buy in” to the
award trip. Clients cannot use the cash value of the trip award as credit against spot TV invoices. Trip does not include passport or visa procurement fees or the cost of any immunization, if necessary. Optional
