Visibility:
Access to the property is through the internal road system connecting

This outparcel is part of Franklin Square I, which is anchored by Wal-Mart,

Michael’s Crafts, and OfficeMax. To the east is Franklin Square II, which
includes Lowe’s, K-Mart, and Sam’s Club. Franklin Square III (a 335,000

Community: Gastonia is located in Gaston County, with a 2004 county population of
192,044 (the eighth largest county in North Carolina, a state of 100
counties). It is the second largest city in the Charlotte DMA, the 26th
largest TVHH market in the country (Arbitron 2006-2007). As a significant
part of the Charlotte metroplex, Gastonia can be accessed by major
highways such as I-85, Hwy. 29, and Hwy. 74. With an influx of shoppers
from surrounding counties such as Lincoln, Cleveland, York, and the
