high resolution EPSfile, PDF, AI file or Corel Draw
11 file, with text converted to curves or good quality
hard copy eg letterhead or compliment slip.

Please note if we are recreating a logo from poor
artwork there may be an added charge.

Paying for goods
Orders are paid for on a proforma basis at
time order is placed or when artwork has
been approved.

Call or email us with your credit card details.
We can also take payment by debit card, cheque,
Pay Pal or BACS transfer.
A VAT Invoice will be sent after despatch.
What do I do if not happy
Please call the sales team to determine the course
of action to rectify the problem. We are proud of
our reputation and customer satisfaction is of the
utmost importance to us.
Returns policy
Unpersonalised goods - we have a 7-day returns
policy, so if for any reason you are unhappy with
your purchase you can return it to us within 7 days
of receipt. To avoid uncertainty we request that
notification be made in writing (email, letter or fax).
To qualify for credit, goods must be returned
undamaged in original packaging. We reserve the
right to charge a restocking fee of up to 20% where
we deem applicable and will not credit original
carriage charge.
If the product arrives damaged or faulty in any way,
this must be notified within 3 days of receipt.
Personalised goods - Goods are not made until
full artwork approval has been made. We will only
accept return of personalised goods if they are
damaged or faulty on arrival which must be
notified within 3 days of receipt. Thereafter we
accept no responsibility as goods may have been
damaged after arrival. To avoid uncertainty we
request that notification be made in writing
(email, letter or fax).
This does not affect your statutory rights.
