The new Residence San Giovanni is to be found in the
Colonella area of Contrada San Giovanni at only 4
km. from the sea and not far from the historic town
centre of Colonella, a characteristic, very old, village in
the Abruzzi hinter-land. The Residence offers its
guests a warm welcoming in a relaxing atmosphere.
There are 20 apartments of various dimensions; two
and three-rooms, modernly furnished and featuring
state-of-the-art comforts. All the apartments have air
conditioning, dishwasher, washer, oven, TV with LCD
screen, safe, free WI-FI and covered parking spot. The
proprietors personally supervise the Direction.
