These are ground-breaking times to be joining us as our winemakers continue to push
boundaries both in the wineries and vineyards, blazing a trail for generations to come and
bringing us better and better wines each year.
The UK continues to prove itself one of Chile’s most important
markets. Setting trends internationally, the UK embraces
innovation and the wineries have responded by bringing
you an amazing array of different varieties and styles
such as País, Cinsault, Carignan and Sparkling wines.
We have 52 wineries and over 400 wines open to
taste so if you want to find out what’s new from
Chile, this is the place to be!
In addition to wine however, we have also
gathered together food and travel experts to
whet your appetite for all things Chilean, so
please explore the room and discover a little bit
more about our unique country.

performances in our market square, more
Pisco Cocktails at the Waqar Pisco Bar and
food demonstrations by Chilean super-chef,
Francisco Hernandez. We will also continue
our Virtual Reality experiences with Turismo
Chile and BA – here to transport you to Chile!

Producers in Maule join forces to
show their hidden treasure, dry
farmed Carignan. Amazing styles,
blends and single varietals, open for
you to taste.
*The themed tables will close at approximately 4pm. Fear
not however as many of the wines will be open and available
to taste on the relevant winery stands. Stand numbers are
indicated on the themed table pages.

There is a cloakroom located at the back
of Mercado Chileno this will close 15
minutes after the end of the event.

This year we will tell you more about the culinary tradition of one of
the most exotic places in Chile: Easter Island.
Come along to our food demonstration at 6:30pm and discover with
Francisco Hernandez, Executive Sous Chef at The Savoy, the essence of
this unique island and its gastronomic ritual with a typical mahi mahi
and tuna ceviche accompanied by a banana bread.
Come to learn how to make a delicious Easter Island style ceviche, taste
some delicious regional food, the national preferred savoury pastries,
empanadas and learn something more about the Chilean culinary
culture, the origins of the recipes and ingredients.
We have selected some of the best known Chilean products and will
give you some appetizing samples to enjoy with your wine.
