Airport Academy 2013 Airport Academy Formed in October 2010 Part of Swedavia HR Department, reporting to the HR Director. Responsible for skills development and training in Swedavia. Staff approx. 20 Office and training facilities at Stockholm Arlanda and Gothenburg Landvetter. Training at local airports available 2 Together we develop competent employees for sustainable world class airports! 3 Airport Academy mission statement The purpose of the Airport the Academy is that all education is integrated into a training unit to ensure high quality and cost-effectiveness where the primary subject areas are those that support the development of efficient airport operations. The business is an important part of the whole competence supply process, as well as in the work to be an attractive employer and a sustainable company. Airport Academy will create opportunities for individuals and groups to develop in a direction that benefits the company, it development and create the conditions for operational excellence at our airports. Airport Academy supports and assists the Staff functions and airports with expertise.
