October 8-11, 2012 -Las Vegas, NV NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING Notice of the annual meeting of the Aircraft Rescue and Fire Fighting Working Group, Inc. is hereby given. The meeting will be held at the South Point Hotel, 9777 Las Vegas Blvd., South, Las Vegas, NV 89183 on October 9, 2012 9:00 AM. local time. The meeting is called for the purpose of receiving annual reports of the Officers and Directors, and to transact such business which comes before the ARFFWG. Only members of record as recorded in the Home Office of the ARFF Working Group by August 9, 2012 shall be entitled to vote at the meeting. The ARFF Working Group Annual Conference and Training Symposium is the premier event for the aviation fire fighting industry. This 4-day conference will be packed with seminars, workshops and the opportunity to network with fellow airport firefighters and industry experts from around the world. Exhibit space will be ample. This may be your one chance to see firsthand the newest technology in the aviation fire fighting industry. Directors of the ARFFWG carry out the management functions of the ARFFWG. From these Directors five (5) Officers are chosen who are delegated to run the day to day administration.
