NIKA ISLAND RESORT is the only island in the
Maldives where you will find private beaches in every
villa, it’s the ideal place for complete relaxation.
Only 37 villas, all of which boast unique architecture:
10 Beach Villas, 10 Deluxe Beach Villas, 3 Family Beach
Villas, 3 Family Deluxe Beach Villas, 1 Sultan Suite and
10 Water Villas on an island surrounded by a stunning
house reef, luxurious vegetation and all enhanced by
our friendly staff who will make you feel right at home.
Each villa has its own sandy private beach equipped
with jacuzzi, sun beds, swing and outdoor shower.
Thanks to the dense vegetation between the villas, you
will enjoy absolute privacy at a stone’s throw from the
clear sea. In 75 sq. metres, the villas have a large living
room, bedroom, garden bathroom. Every room has the
same features: air-conditioning, overhead fans, mini-bar,
tea and coffee making facilities, safety box, bathrobes,
beach towels, hairdryer, lounge chair, satellite TV, CD
player, telephone and wi-fi connection.

The Beach Villas (75mq) are set on the northern
side of the island and the Deluxe Beach Villas on the
southern side; both have easy access to the wonderful
house reef. The deluxe beach villas and the family
beach villas have Maldivian style open air shower.
Beach villas and deluxe beach villas have private beach
with a jacuzzi cottage.
The Villas have the same features. For families we have
3 Family Deluxe Beach villas and 3 Family Beach villas
(100mq) with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 open air
shower) and wide sitting room and private beach with
Jacuzzi cottage.

WATER VILLA
The Water Villas over the northern reef edge are
75 sq. metres in size. Each of them comprises 3
separate areas: bedroom, living room and bathroom.
The uniqueness of these Water Villas is in their 3
split levels: the first and lowest just kisses the sea, the
second one is a deck with wide terrace and deckchairs
and the third is the one on the roof, perfect to get an
all-over tan. The beach is never far away, with a stretch
of white sand by the Villas jetty. For families we have 2
Family Water Villa.

SULTAN SUITE
The 120 sq.m. Sultan Suite is also ideal for families.
It has two separate entrances, two double rooms,
two bathrooms and a large living room with a sofa
bed, with direct access to the private beach, equipped
with Jacuzzi, swing, outdoor shower, sun beds and
deckchairs.

GARDEN ROOM
Located in the heart of island 6 garden room (25mq)
surrounded by luxuriant vegetation, not beach front,
those who are staying in garden room will be able
to use both public beach. The garden villas have
airconditioning, mini bar, safe deposit box, and satellite TV.

Nika Island is sold on full board basis.
Italian, international and ethnic cuisine is served
buffet-style at lunch and “à la carte” at dinner,
with a selection of over 100 wines.
The Coffee Shop is located close to the main beach.
Here you can enjoy music, ‘happy hours’, wonderful
sunsets, board games, library and satellite TV.
The Bepi Bar next to the restaurant is built with its
roof representing the hull of a dhoni, the traditional
Maldivian boat, and it’s the perfect corner to chill out
and enjoy the breeze of the ocean. Both bars have free
wi-fi connection.

wonderful dive sites in Ari Atoll. Highly qualified
European PADI instructors are on hand to share their
professional expertise and arrange daily excursions to
help you discover the fabulous Maldivian waters.

LOTUS NIKA SPA is located in an surrounded by a
pond with colourful Lotus and ninfea flowers.
A range of treatments are offered in 8 floating
cottages, named after well-known places in Venice.
Our Indian, Balinese and European masseurs offer
relaxing and refreshing massage and beauty treatments
based on natural herbs and oils.

WEDDING
The Ceremony of Renewal of Vows can be arranged
for couples. It’s an all-day event starting with a relaxing
massage.
The ceremony, headed by the most senior
representative of the island, ends with a champagne
toast and traditional cutting of the cake, and is
followed by a candle-lit barbecue dinner on the private
beach.

ACTIVITIES
Sunset fishing by boat, water-ski, wake-board,
catamaran, canoes, windsurf, fun-tubes, big game fishing
(with dhoni or speed boat), snorkelling by boat, and
excursions to the fishermen islands nearby can be
arranged on request.
