DAILY RATES: Are valid for a full 2 ​​person occupancy and
are per person per day including VAT and The Crystal Culinary, excl. tourist tax of 3 € per person per day. The daily
rates for the panorama and the penthouse suite are valid
with a minimum occupancy of 4 people.
CANCELLATIONS: Until your departure a lot can happen,
so we recommend that you take out a cancellation insurance: www.europaeische.at.
PACKAGE PRICES: Are valid for a full 2 person

and are per person including VAT and The Crystal Culinary,
excl. tourist tax of 3 € per person per day. The services
included in the packages cannot be modified, superseded
cash, transferred or exchanged. Unused services will not
be reimbursed. For services such as ski passes that are
provided by third parties, the hotel cannot accept any
liability. Extra nights are gladly available on request.

30 days before arrival: no charge, the deposit will be
refunded
30 - 14 days before arrival: 50% of the total
14 - 1 days before arrival: 90% of the total
1 - 0 days before arrival, as well as early departure or
non-attendance: 100% of total amount
Cancellations are only valid in written form.
In case of a cancellation a one time administrative
fee of 26 € will be charged.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: Please schedule that the rooms
are ready by 3.00 p. m. on the day of arrival. On the day
of departure we kindly ask you to vacate your room by
11.00 a.m.
ROOM REQUEST: We ask for your understanding that it
is not possible for us to confirm room numbers or floors.
DOGS: Your four-legged family member is welcome in
our house. We calculate a daily charge of 18 € without
food and ask for your understanding that dogs are not
allowed in certain rooms, in the restaurant and in the
SPA. Dogs also have to be kept on a leash throughout
the whole hotel area. Our team is grateful if you bring a
blanket or a basket for the room.
