We work with the customer to develop the
furniture they requi re. We can accom modate
large quanti ti es a nd mass produ c tion, but
a lso premium produ cts requiring indi vidua l
attenti on. Large customers requi re sea mless
deliveries a nd we a re able to deliver ver y fa st
in the whol e of Europe by mainta inin g a la rge
warehouse a nd developin g new solu ti ons in
logisti cs. We ship more than 100 trucks per day .
We put a large emphasis on qua lity control and
we und ersta nd that even the most affordable

In-House Laboratory
We mainta in strict qua lity control of
both our raw mater ia ls and ready-made
produ cts. Our chemical la b tests the
foams a nd latex we produ ce for density,
emissions,
a nd
other
produ ct-specific
parameters. Our spring uni ts or mattresses
a re a lso tested for firmness a nd dura bi lity.

We have a n impressive cut-and-s ew operati on
with several hundred employees and our uniqu e
posi ti on in Eastern Europe mea ns that we a re
able to offer contract sewing a nd quil ti ng
at competi ti ve prices and uncompromisin g
quality. In ca se of mattress covers, our
quil ti ng a nd sewing machines a llow us to
quil t latex or memor y foam fabricated in our
plant into the top pa nel of the cover. We have
established excellent working rel ati onshi ps

pol yuretha ne foam is produ ced in-hous e
and our state of the art foam pou ring lin e
ensures the highest produ ct consi stency
and qua lity. Foam is ava ilabl e as sta nda rd
blo cks, sla bs or rolls. Fabricated foam ca n be
convolu ted or contour-cut to the custom er ’s
specificati ons. We are a ble to meet all major
regulator y requi rements includin g US, EU a nd
UK and we pou r conventi ona l pol yurethane,
High Resili ence (HR) or viscoel a sti c foa ms.
L a t e x P r o d u c ti o n
We use the Dunlop process to fa bricate both
latex toppers and cores. We a re a ble to produ ce
accordin g to customers’ specificati ons va r ying
the degree of natura l to syntheti c inpu ts. Latex
toppers and cores ca n be produ ced in different
thicknesses a nd va r ying firmness level s.
S p r i n g s P r o d u c ti o n ( B o n n e l l s a n d P o c k e t s )
We are a market lea der in the produ c tion of
pocketed coils a nd bonnell springs. We draw
our own tempered spring wire in a wide ra nge
of diameters or gauges a nd we manufa c ture
special ty mattress springs includin g mini pockets and zoned uni ts in different heights a nd
configurati ons includin g uni ts with flat fra mes.

Our warehous e is full y a utomated with
seamless interna l transpo rt system. Our
wa rehous e capacity is currently at the
level of 4000 containers. This allows us
to produ ce for stock if requi red and shi p
ver y fa st within the whole of Europe.
Upholstery Assembly
Our uphol ster y operati on hinges on providin g
customer-based solu ti ons dep endin g on the
markets and price poi nts. We are currently
produ cing a va st range of uphol ster y produ c ts
includin g
sofas,
secti onals,
ar m chairs,
headbo a rds a nd custom-made items. In all
cases, we are able to exploi t our econo mies
of sca le by usin g our own foam, wa ddin g ,

We are a global lea der in the produ c tion of all
types of mattresses. Beca use we manufa c ture
many of the components that m ake the
mattress we a re able to exploi t consid erable
econo mies of scale. Our produ ction ra nge
includes foam a nd memor y foam mattresses,
latex mattresses, spring mattresses, a s wel l as
mattress bases, found ati ons a nd box springs.
We can a lso provide our customers with
mattress pa ds a nd toppers. We have a lso been
a pioneer in developin g inn ovati ve tra nspo rt
solu ti ons,

roll ed
mattresses.
Garden furniture
Since we are constantly seeking to expand our
offer, our factories will start production of garden furniture this year.
During the Spoga + Gafa 2013 trade shows, the
biggest European garden industry meetings, we
will present our first garden furniture collection.
Our offer will include upholstery, texti-line and
technorattan garden furniture.
The models that will be presented are being developed by our design team and will be available
in 2014. As our company is actively involved in
promoting young designers, some models are
being designed by Polish students of design that
co-operate with us.
