Stallone’ s “THE SPECIALIST”
were both filmed at the
resort, as were classic films
including James Bond’s
“GOLDFINGER”, Al Pacino’s
“SCARFACE” and Jerry Lewis’

A statement indeed, the
Fontainebleau Hilton Resort
became the gathering place
for some of the most famous
individuals in history.  Every
president since Eisenhower
has called it home for an
evening.  Even John F.
Kennedy held his election

include Elvis Presley, Frank
Sinatra, Sammy Davis Jr.,
Ann-Margret, Joey Bishop,
Liberace, Judy Garland and
Georgie Jessell, all of whom
performed in the hotel’ s
famous La Ronde room, now
known as Club Tropigala.
Today, the twenty-acre

landmark resort is a destination within a destination, offering more than one needs to
create the perfect experience.
The resort continues to attract
celebrity clientele including

Placido Domingo, and former
New York Mayor Guiliani. The

many of the resort’s magnificent suites, great for hospitalities, private entertaining or
pure relaxation.
December 20, 1954, the
Fontainebleau Hilton Resort
instantly became the most
talked about resort in the
country.  With its unique architectural design, sweeping
curves and celebrity guest list,
it’s no wonder the resort has
remained one of the most recognized hotels in the world.
Lush tropical landscaping, a
magnificent rock grotto pool
with cascading waterfalls, a
wet and wild Octopus water
themed park, a multitude of
dining options and an abundance of recreational and
rejuvenating facilities, allow
guests to relax while staying
at the resort.

Currently, the resort is making way for Fontainebleau
II, a new ultra-exclusive
36-story condominium hotel
on the south end of the property.   462 elegant residences
will feature breathtaking
views of the Atlantic Ocean,
Biscayne Bay, Miami Beach
and the downtown Miami skyline. The first six stories will
house a 24-hour valet parking garage, and residential
units will begin on the seventh
floor concierge level, which
includes a gorgeous atrium
and V.I.P. cocktail lounge.
The condo/hotel project represents the focal point of a
major expansion and renovation, which will include the
addition of a 21-foot high
grand entryway that spirals
up to the main building from
Collins Avenue, and a new
entrance to provide separate
check-in services for both the
existing structure and the new
tower being built.
It is apparent the historic

of the beautiful Atlantic Ocean.
There is nothing quite like the
boardwalk for a morning jog,
walk or afternoon stroll.
A new restaurant, Bleau View,
complete with two new private
