HC Groep figures clarification
The HC Groep has experienced a significant growth in the year 2006, mainly due to the takeover of HC Barcol-Air in April
2006. Furthermore, all remaining companies have accomplished better results in 2006, compared to 2005. Turnover, as
well as profit have increased. 10 out of 15 job vacancies have been fulfilled since the end of 2006. The estimated turnover
for 2007 of 40 million euro can be achieved with the current occupation.
By taking over HC GT, an assembly and metal treatment company, as per January 1st of 2007, we have added a reliable
and high standard assembly team to our forces. HC GT will contribute to the positive result in 2007 and fits very well in
HC Groep’s strategy of realising growth through re-investment of our own resources.
We learn that economy is blooming; during the first quarter of 2007, the order intake has been reasonably high, resulting
in a order book of 35 million euro at the end of March. The future looks positive and the HC Groep is and will be a reliable,
financially strong business partner.

Revolutionary products
HC PS and HC PVE are companies that have proven to
be reliable partners for all types of car park ventilation
issues. We will take care of your technical support – from
design to commissioning. A significant part of our intervention is clarification to the municipality, building control
and fire department. Furthermore engineering, delivery,
assembly and service will be provided to you from one
source only.
The centre of the HC PS and HC PVE products, are the
various types of fans and ventilation components some
of which are unique and patented to the HC Group. In
addition our installations incorporate switch cabinets,
detection systems, wiring and fire alarms. The companies
are proven innovators and are proud to be the creators
of the Induction-fan (patent 1018285), this has now been
succeeded by a second-generation product.
The fan has been attested in accordance with the EC
initial type testing and the EC factory production control.
In addition, the second-generation fan has been proven
to meet with the EN12101-3: 2002 class F300 standard.

the past 12 years (over 1.000 car parks in The Netherlands, Belgium, Portugal, England, Germany, Qatar,
Singapore and Dubai) we have the capacity to create
custom-made, highly competitive and innovative (compared to traditional ventilation systems) solutions for all
car parking. HC PS and HC PVE collaborate with solid
worldwide and acknowledged suppliers, with a suitable
solution for every situation.
Additional components are engineered and quality
­verified by HC PS and HC PVE, as such guaranteeing a
high standard of all components resulting in a high quality
end product. Because safety is the most important issue
in car park schemes, we deliver only the best to our
clients, including a unique warranty concept.
Technical support
To realise all this, our employees do not only advice but
will also be at your service regarding the construction of
our products.
• Starting in the preliminary design phase. We will
support you in determining the position of the shaft
and will create a pre-design of the ventilation system.
• Based on this, we will present a quotation, including
(if required) a draft drawing scheduling the position of
the fans.
• Due to years of experience, you can also count on our
support during meetings with fire departments and
other authorities. We can supply you with benzene and CFD-calculations.
• We also supply you with final AutoCAD drawings,
fully supporting as such the detailed engineering.
By creating the second-generation product, the unique
characteristics of the induction fan such as extremely
high thrust and very low construction height have now
been optimized, resulting in significant financial savings.
To guarantee correct after-care, HC PS also takes care of
maintenance in the Netherlands.

Thermal comfort
Thermal comfort is the best way to describe the business
of HC KP. Being a leading supplier of climate ceilings HC
KP knows exactly how to create a comfortable environment. HC KP is specialised in the engineering, delivery
and assembly of climate ceilings. The systems are being
used in public buildings, hospitals, laboratories and many
other buildings. Project sizes vary from a few square
metres up to 50,000 square metres.
HC Barcol-Air’s control department supplies climate
­ceiling controllers with BACnet as well as LONMark­communication protocol.
Freedom for design outlook and capability
Unique products are combined with a strong ­organisation.
Experienced project managers, qualified climate ceiling
installers and extensive knowledge of ceiling ­systems,
assures a perfect implementation of your ­project with
­attention to the smallest detail. In addition comprehensive
production facilities assure fast and ­flexible fulfilment of
project needs.
Users have found that climate ceilings provide a very
comfortable inside climate. The HC KP climate c­ eiling
­system can be used with many different types and sizes
of metal ceilings as well as with plaster ceilings. ­
A s­ olution can be custom designed for every building. All
HC KP systems are designed in cooperation with HLK
Stuttgart and are tested in accordance with EN 14240.
The client, consultant and architect are all at liberty
to adjust the ceiling to achieve their aesthetical and
­performance objectives.
Acoustics
As well as the comfort and aesthetical aspects of climate
ceilings, there are added acoustical benefits that further
add to the advantages of the climate ceiling. Tests by
qualified authorities have proven the capability of the HC
KP Climate Ceiling Systems.

Complete solutions
To compliment HC KP’s Climate Ceilings, their sister
company HC Barcol-Air has a complete range of air
­distribution and control products.
Together HC KP and HC Barcol-Air have extensive
experience integrating different diffusers into the HC KP
Climate Ceiling System. The linear slot type CSV and
the swirl diffuser type VFK are specifically designed for
climate ceilings.
In addition HC Barcol-Air has a full-scale climate
­laboratory, where integrated solutions can be fully tested.
Strong organisation
Extensive product range
HC KP’s extensive product range covers systems
from 30 W/m² up to 200 W/m² providing a solution for
every environment. In addition to the popular copper­aluminium-activation elements, HC KP has heat transfer
modules that illuminate any oxygen diffusion (according
DIN 4726).
HC KP also has special designed copper-aluminium
­profiles with large cooling and heating capacities for use
with extended metal ceilings and can provide ­special
designed climate ceilings for very large operating
­capacities.

Toussaint Nyssenne
Complete selection
Toussaint Nyssenne was founded in Belgium in 1872.
Originally its main activity was the construction of transportation systems for the wool industry blowing the wool
at high speed with air ducting. An important part of these
systems was the effective application of centrifugal fans.
The air handling unit products are complemented by a
­renovation department, a separate division ­producing
coils for cooling, heating, direct expansion and heat
­recovery as well as the Amazone series of stream
­humidifiers for industrial applications.
Since 1950 production was expanded to producing
­cooling and heating coils. The coils were integrated
into cabinets and with filters added the production of air
­treatment cabinets began.
HC TN has over a hundred years of knowledge and
experience. This knowledge and experience and HC
TN’s capability for innovation and continual development
are all within your reach together with the quality and
reliability proven by ISO-9001, ISO-9002 and Eurovent
­certification according to EN1886.
The factory is situated in the Belgian city of Dison, 40
km south of Maastricht and since 2003 the production
of air handling units and coils has been located in a new
15.000 m2 facility.
The total turnover of Toussaint Nyssenne is over 30
­million euros. The company has ISO-9001 ­certification
since 1996 and their air handling units have been
­Eurovent certified since 1999.
Strong combination
HC TN is a joint venture between HC Groep and
­Toussaint Nyssenne, combining the strength of Toussaint

Design to meet the users needs
The user is the center of attention, during engineering,

het Koeltechnisch installatiebedrijf’ (STEK) to ensure that
only STEK-certified companies are used in managing
the usage of refrigerants HCFC’s and HFC’s. Holland
­Conditioning B.V. complies with all STEK standards
and is a qualified member of this foundation. (STEK­qualification number H 1108).

with the machinery guidance 89/391/EEG requirements
