Summer 2016
I’ve always drawn inspiration from flora, so it
felt natural to apply my love of flowers and herbs
to the afternoon tea here at 11 Cadogan Gardens.
My Summer Flowers Afternoon Tea is centred
around Strawberry, Hibiscus, Rosemary, Mint
and many other wonderful seasonal plants
using fresh, dry or infused flowers and herbs.
A scent that for me encapsulates the essence of
summer is a classic Gucci fragrance “Flora”.
with its refined orchid and white musk aromas
reminiscent to a fresh just blossoming summer
white flower.
As a centrepiece, I have tried to recreate the
fragrance of the perfume within the flavours of
the patisserie.

Organic Jade Sword
Jade Sword is an immensely versatile green tea, bright and
