Lessons learned
• Defining the interface well is time consuming but
very important
• Every step in the production chain generates its own
functional and technical challenges
• Requirements evolve during the project (premonition)
• Alignment is time consuming (complex process)
• Good test sets are essential
• Always perform a regression tests when the
application changed
