Winnard & Sons Ltd 2013 WINNARD ECE R90 Brake Pads Disc Protection Thermal Fatigue Test IB705 vs OE This test comprises of 4 days of Thermal Shock treatment applied under high demand conditions. 15 full cycles of High Speed and forced fade combinations are applied at routine intervals. Following the high speed testing, we subject the system to a full day of 500 high load, high 'G' stops (emergency stops) from 50kph – 10kph at maximum inertia. The test criteria is strict and straight forward – no cracks and no demolition of the disc.
