Certainly, when given the task of raising such a number it’s a process that takes the cooperation
and participation of a few different players from both the institutional and the private sector. As
such, the Management of the Pagudpud Sands Resort is meeting with a few worthy financial
suitors while we assess what is our best deal – however, when we make that choice we are already
sure we will be approved for our loan as you will see below the Philippine Gov’t will assist us by
guaranteeing our construction loan/s.

The Pagudpud Sands Resort will be built and located in Brgy. Pasaleng,
Pagudpud, Ilocos Norte, Philippines on a sprawling property covering 3.3
hectors. The development has complete control of this property and has

Ilocos Norte, like so many other regions throughout the Philippines, has long
