You would need to send in a player profile and membership fee. Memberships are filled on a first come, first serve basis. What are the benefits of my membership fee? Entries will be taken on a first come, first served basis (deadlines apply). We conduct local qualifiers (up to 5 spots) on Mondays, if necessary. Do I have to pay for practice rounds or range balls? Not during tournament week. The Tour normally has access to the course 1-3 days prior to the starting round. A schedule is posted with times noted for practice rounds, as well as special events like pro-ams. Can I earn PGA and/or Web.com Tour event exemptions? Yes. Course Fee: Provide the golf course to the Swing Thought Tour for the Event Week Schedule as required by the Course Agreement at no charge to the Tour. Sponsorship Revenues: Opportunities that include shared revenues up to 100% course ownership of sponsorship revenues. Pro-Am & Special Events: The Club/Sponsor is responsible for all costs associated with the Pro-Am Tournament and special events including purses, professionals’ participation fees and insurances for all secured sponsorships including but not limited to long drive, hole-in-one, putting contest and shootout sponsorships. Support: Provide sufficient amounts of paint in the colors as designated by the Tour & water hazard and out-of-bounds stakes. Provide maintain and replenish ice and water for all functions throughout entire event week (1500 – 2000 lbs). Provide sufficient electrical outlet and electricity for the command center trailer (220 split that will plug into a 50-amp plug NEMA # 14-50R) and high speed DSL or wireless internet service. Volunteers: Secure volunteers (40 total for the week is average depending on spotters and shuttles needed) Food & Beverage: Provide Swing Thought Tour staff meals throughout the event week (not to exceed six staff box members). Provide lunch and dinner for all Swing Thought Tour Title Sponsor Scramble players and workers. Provide two meals for all Pro-Am players and workers. Advertising: Responsible for securing advertising for event (a minimum of fifty - 50 - thirty second commercials on each television and radio.
