Exotics is Ruff Tuff Product’s newest luxury seat cover material. Available as an insert only, the Exotics is available in one of two simulated
animal skin patterns; Crocodile Skin and Ostrich Skin. The Exotics offers the distinct look of a premium quality exotic animal leather seat
cover but retains all of the great advantages of our Sof-Touch simulated
leather including water repellancy, high UV colorfastness, and extreme
durability. For the trim choose any of our Sof-Touch simulated leather
colors.
The Exotics also features a superior fire-retardant foam with scrim backing in the seating area that provides optimum cushioning and comfort.

Perforated Sof-Touch
Perforated Sof-Touch simulated leather features an ultra soft real leather
look and feel including a visible grain. The seat cover is a combination
of the Sof-Touch material for the sides and back of the seat with a Perforated Sof-Touch for the insert. It easily molds to the contours of the
seat, features excellent wear and abrasion resistance, and has UV stabilized pigments.
Perforated Sof-Touch also features a superior fire-retardant foam with
scrim backing in the seating area that provides optimum cushioning and
comfort.
Perforated Sof-Touch provides an exceptionally luxurious look that simulates the perforated leather you see in many higher-end vehicles.

Carbon Fiber
Carbon Fiber is a vinyl with the look and pattern widely known and
recognized as Carbon Fiber, a composite known for its light weight and
strength. It has a multi-dimensional texture with sophisticated, metallic
color that draws from both classic and modern influences. Two words
often used to describe the look of Carbon Fiber are “high tech” and
“masculine”. This vibrant vinyl easily molds to the contours of the seat,
wears better than genuine leather, is abrasion and mildew resistant, and
is UV stable. The Carbon Fiber line also features superior fire-retardant
foam with scrim backing in the seating area that provides optimum
cushioning and comfort. As an insert material you have the option of
either vertical or horizontal quilting.
(Note: The Carbon Fiber is prone to a wide degree of variation in it’s
color, especially in the Mocha, depending on the angle of the light hitting the fabric.)

Tactical Camo
Tactical Camo seat covers provide an extreme outdoor look with the

Tweed
The tweed fabric is tightly woven providing superior wear along with
comfort. The fiber content is 100% polyolefin with acrylic backing. It is
UV stable and flame resistant. Tweed fabric can be cleaned with waterbased cleaning agents for water-based stains and with solvent cleaners
for oil-based stains. These seat covers also come with flame retardant
foam padding with a scrim backing giving you optimal comfort and protection for your seats.

Neo-Supreme
Many people looking for seat covers for their vehicles like the Neoprene
material used by some seat cover manufacturers. What they often don’t
realize is that Neoprene has some major disadvantages. Among those
disadvantages are a strong rubbery odor, and the Neoprene material
fades more quickly than other materials, making it impractical to justify
the premium prices custom seat cover manufacturers charge for Neoprene seat covers.
Ruff Tuff Products has chosen to carry an alternative to Neoprene called
Neo-Supreme, which does not have these disadvantages, but still feels
and looks similar to Neoprene seat covers.
The insert portion of the seat cover is 1/4 inch Neo-Supreme, and the
trim is a 1/8 inch black Neo-Supreme.
This material does not require foam backing.

Saddle Blanket
Saddle Blanket is a durable, heavy, domestic, sun-resistant, mildew-resistant polyester/nylon fabric.
Saddle Blanket seat covers have color-matched thread,
tailored corners, double stitching, and reinforced critical
seams. These durable covers can be hand washed and
are made to last the life of your vehicle.
A color coordinated vinyl is used for most accessories
(headrest covers, armrest covers, and console lid covers)
and on the sides of some patterns. The color choice you
select will be the color that appears in the stripe spaced
periodically along the seat cover. The rest of the fabric
consists of a blend of multi-colored woven strands selected to match the color you have chosen.
Saddle Blanket is a stand-alone material and requires no
foam backing. It cannot be mixed with other materials.
Saddle Blanket cannot be two-toned, and no quilting options are available.

Carpet dash covers are made of a durable needle punch carpet for a perfect fit. These dash
covers are great for protecting your dash from cracking or warping.
Velour dash covers offer a stylish look. They are made from premium velour and are custom-tailored for a perfect fit.
Suede dash covers offer all the great benefits of Velour dash covers, but use a soft and luxurious simulated Suede giving you a richer, more modern look.
Sedona Suede dash covers offer all the great benefits of Suede dash covers, but are perforated
offering a luxurious sporty look to the dash.
Outdoor enthusiasts will love the look of a RealTree® Camo dash cover. These dash covers
are made of the same material as our Camo seat covers.

Caution: Due to the nature of the camo fabric having various printed designs, Camo dash
covers can cause significant glare on the windshield.

Sheepskin
Ruff Tuff Products offers two different lines of Sheepskin seat covers:
3500 Series
These are manufactured using 100% genuine Australian Merino sheepskin on the seating surface and backrest with a matching acrylic simulated sheepskin covering the skirt and trim. This seat cover has a full
backing.
3600 Series
These are manufactured using 100% genuine Australian Merino sheepskin on the entire seat cover. This seat cover has an open back.
On either series, the headrests, armrests, console lid covers, and the
entire folding console on 40/20/40’s are sold seperately and are not included in the price of the seat cover.

Headrest/Armrest/Legrest Covers
Headrest Covers
Most vehicles have separate, adjustable headrests. Some people do not
want covers for the headrests so we sell them separately.
On some newer vehicles changes are sometimes made to headrests midway into a model year. We have noted such vehicles in the application
guide. If unsure of which version of headrests you have on your vehicle, please call us so we can tell you specifically how to tell the difference. It is different with every vehicle.

Armrest Covers
There are two different types of armrest covers; small and large.
Small armrest covers are covers for the folding armrests on the sides of
seats. Usually these are found on bucket seats.
Large armrest covers are covers that go over the folding armrests that
pull out of the backrest or flip down from the center of the seat. You can
refer to the seat styles in the application guide for more information on
seats with armrests.

Legrest Covers
Legrests are an option offered in some vehicles, particularly the Toyota
Sienna. They flip out of the seat bottom. These covers come with foam
backing.

Pockets
There are five types of pockets available; front bench pockets, front
bucket pockets, rear bench pockets, rear bucket pockets, and pistol
pockets.
Front bench pockets are 6 inches deep and are available only on seats
that are solid across the entire bottom seat. They are divided into sections. These are located on the front of the seat cover behind your
knees.
Front bucket pockets are also 6 inches deep but are available on seats
that are split (i.e. 60/40 or 40/20/40) or on bucket seats. These are located on the front of the seat cover behind your knees.
Rear bench and rear bucket pockets are just like front bench and bucket
pockets except they are 15 inches deep and are located on the back of
the seat.
Pistol Pockets are a new type of pocket that are available on the front of
seats. They are designed to fit a pistol and two magazines. They work
for either left handed or right handed users. They are equipped with
velcro, making the pocket detachable from the seat and are padded inside to protect the pistol from wear damage.

Scabbards/Tactical Package
Scabbards are available if the seat is solid where the scabbard would go
(The seat cushion for a front scabbard or backrest for a rear scabbard).
These scabbards span across the seat. They are a long pocket with a
snap-closed opening that will accommodate a rifle, fishing pole, carpenter level, or other long items.
The Ruff Tuff Tactical Package is a new product that is available as an
accessory that can be ordered with a new seat cover or seperately without a seat cover order.
When ordered by itself, it is designed to hang down from the back of the
headrest.
When ordered as part of a seat cover, the tactical package is sewn into
the backrest.
Each side of the The Ruff Tuff Tactical Package comes with two pouches that open on the sides, used to store long items like rifles, fishing rods
or tools. In addition they come with 3 rows of MOLLE loops, a carabiner that can be used to hang items off the back of the seat, and two
pockets with velcro flaps used to store smaller items.
The Ruff Tuff Tactical Package is available exclusively in the Dura EZ
Care, the Outdoor Camo, or the Tactical Camo materials.

20 Section
Most vehicles with a 40/20/40 seat come with multiple configurations for the 20 section. Because of these different configurations, additional information may be required to make the
correct 20 section cover. The price will be the same whether you have a 3-piece or a 2-piece
20 section.
There are four 20 section configurations. The specific options available will vary from model to model. See the application guide for options on a specific make/model.
1. Non-Opening 20 Section - This configuration comes in 2 pieces; a backrest/console piece
and a bottom piece. The console may or may not have cupholders. We will make cutouts for
any cupholders on the seat so you still have access to them.
2. Top Opening 20 Section - This configuration comes in 3 pieces; a backrest piece, a bottom piece, and a console lid cover. The top of the 20 section opens up with storage but the
bottom of the 20 section does not open.
3. Bottom Cushion Opening 20 Section - This configuration comes in 2 pieces; a non-opening backrest/console piece and a bottom cushion piece. The bottom cushion of the 20 section
can open with storage beneath it.
4. Top and Bottom Opening 20 Section - This configuration comes in 2 or 3 pieces; a
backrest piece, a bottom piece, and usually a console lid cover, except on a few models,
like the Toyota Tundra, where the complexity of the lid cover is too difficult for a console
lid cover to fit well. Most do come with the console lid cover. Both the top and the bottom
cushion 20 section pieces can open with storage in this configuration.

In some vehicles there is a hard plastic console between two bucket seats. A hard console lid

Fold-flat Pass. seat / Non-removable Headrests
Fold-flat Passenger Seats
Some vehicles come with an option for a passenger seat backrest that
can fold all the way forward so it is flat. This allows use like a table for
laptops or to provide a little more storage space in the vehicle. This option is called the fold-flat passenger seat.
In vehicles with this option, the passenger seat is actually shaped differently and requires a completely different pattern for the seat cover.
The easiest way to tell whether your passenger seat is folding or nonfolding is to fold the passenger backrest forward towards the dash. If
the seat folds all the way forward (see the example pictures on page 39)
it is the fold-flat passenger seat. If it only folds forward partially, it does
not have this option.
Non-removable Headrests
On some newer vehicles, there is an option for active headrests, a new
safety feature that helps protect you from whiplash in an accident.
In some versions of this system there are electric wires that run into the
headrests, making the headrests non-removable. If the vehicle has one
of these systems, special accomodations are designed into seat covers to

If you are unsure whether the vehicle has active headrests, look at the
back of the headrests. If it has a hard plastic piece on the back of the

Seat Mounted Airbags
If your vehicle has the option for seat mounted airbags, we will make
accommodations for those airbags. We will do this regardless of whether your vehicle has the airbags or not, in order to ensure that the safety
concerns with the airbags are properly addressed. With the accommodations, the airbags will deploy normally. (See page 41 for examples of
the accommodations.)
Some vehicles have additional seat mounted airbags that deploy out of
the rear seat bolsters, out of the seat bottom cushion, or out of the inner
side of the seat. If you have one of these options we will make accomodations for these airbags as well.
Warning: If the seat bolster or seat cushion contains an airbag, DO
NOT remove the bolster or cushion. Simply tuck the seat cover piece in
place. Removal of the bolster or cushion could cause deployment of
the airbag.

The foam used in Ruff Tuff seat covers is the finest quality foam used in
the industry! This fire retardant foam has a scrim backing and provides
comfort, durability, and structure to the seat covers giving you a finished
looking, quality seat cover. It is one of the reasons we can truly say we
manufacture “America’s Finest Custom Seat Covers”.
The foam is only used in the seating area of the seat. It has a scrim
backing protecting the integrity of the foam from regular wear and usage.
Saddle Blanket and Neo-Supreme seat covers are not manufactured with
foam backing.
A foam specifically designed to allow air flow is used for air conditioned seats.

Ruff Tuff Products has patterns for nearly all cars, trucks, vans and SUVs. If it has wheels, we can make
seat covers for it! However, the catalog only lists part numbers for most trucks, SUVs, and some of the more common cars and vans. Each year new patterns are measured as soon as the vehicles appear in the showrooms. If the

HOW TO ORDER Ruff Tuff SEAT COVERS
1. Your customer needs to pay in advance as these are custom orders.
2. Place an order on our website.
3. Call the order in to customer service at 800-453-8830.
TIME REQUIRED FOR SHIPPING
Ruff Tuff Products’ seat covers are custom made when you place an order. Shipping times vary. Orders that are lacking information will, of course, take longer. Call for specific information when you place the order.
TERMS OF SALE
Prices subject to change without notice. All prices are “per each” part number unless otherwise
stated. Possession of a price list does not constitute an offer to sell.
TERMS/ NET 30 DAYS
Statements are sent the first of each month. These are due on the fifteenth of the month. Past due charges of 2
percent per month (24% APR) will be charged on all past due accounts. Orders for past due accounts will not
be shipped.
OPEN ACCOUNT
A signed credit application with references of at least three suppliers and a bank will be required for the credit department to verify a new account’s credit status. Orders shipped prior to credit approval will be shipped COD or paid by
credit card.
WARRANTY
Ruff Tuff Products will warrant against defect in workmanship and material for 1 year from the date of purchase. Ruff Tuff does not warrant against color change, light fastness or fading. This warranty is limited to repair and
replacement only. This warranty will be effective only if the defective item is returned along with the original sales
receipt. Ruff Tuff’s liability shall not exceed the replacement or repair cost of the merchandise. The product may be
repaired at Ruff Tuff’s discretion.
Return Policy
Items may be returned during the first 90 days after shipment for credit as follows:
1. Factory Defect or Error
2. Customer Ordering Error: All orders are custom made for each individual customer. Credit or partial credit,
under these circumstances, will be determined on a case by case basis. Unusual custom orders of unusual color
combinations or very rare/old vehicles may be given no credit.
All items for return must be accompanied by an invoice and must have a Return Goods Number (RG#). This
must be obtained by calling customer service at 800-453-8830
