The CBF actually provides very good protection
against the wind and weather, it’s just they forgot
how exposed your hands are on the handlebars.
Our open hand protectors solve this problem,
protecting your hands against windchill and wet
conditions. Easy to fit, you’ll never want to be
without your protectors again! Autumn and spring
riding becomes a pleasure when your hands are
warm.
There’s a safety benefit too, since having cold hands
is a distraction while riding and affects your concentration span.

Kaoko Cruise Control,
mechanical cruise control
The original by the South African inventor!
The Kaoko Cruise Control replaces the original
handlebar end weights. The anti-slip knurled screw
secures the accelerator in position. This significantly
reduces the strain on the right hand during long
journeys. Thanks to the continuous adjustment, the
accelerator can also be fixed to decelerate very
gently - leaving you enough time to take your hand
off the handlebar for a moment without immediately
losing throttle. Despite that, the motorbike decelerates in a gentle and controlled way. This item is illegal
in road traffic in Germany and could be dangerous
if used incorrectly. We are unable to accept any responsibility for it. Used at the owner‘s/rider‘s own risk.

The unbeatable flexural strength of the FatBar makes
it particularly attractive. The 28.5 mm diameter at
the clamping point with conical tapering towards
the handles provides almost twice the resistance to
bending. There is less handlebar “bounce”, which
leads to greater reserves in extreme situations.

Oil Filler Cap with Special Tool
Touratech’s quality oil filler cap for the CBF 1000 /
CB 1000R is milled from anodized aluminium and
replaces the plastic oil filler cap. The Touratech oil
cap needs a special tool (supplied) to open it. You
can also use the tool as a key fob and bottle opener.
The tool – which comes with the cap – secures the
filler cap against unauthorised access, and means
the cap can be opened without fiddling or burning
your fingers.

to absorb the forces in the event of a fall, and in the

Side stand support surface extension

The supporting surface of the Honda‘s side stand is
seriously under-dimensioned given the the mass of
the bike. Even a quick break for coffee can be long
enough for the stand to disappear in asphalt that
has been softened by the midday sun. The result:
expensive damage to the paintwork. Our side stand
surface extension increases the supporting surface by
almost 300%. It will keep your bike well supported
even if the ground isn‘t too reliable. And almost as
an aside, our designer has created a work of art that
elegantly emphasises the sportiness of the bike.

ABS sensor protection, front and rear

By nature of its design, a motorbike has some
important components that are at risk of damage.
This is the case with the ABS sensor on the CBF.
Grit or small stones can easily destroy these
important sensors or stop them working properly.
Our ABS sensor protection kit protects the sensitive
front sensor from any flying stone chips or other
nasties.

Numberplate splash guard

Like all on-road motorbikes, the CBF tends to spray
a large, and above all high, column of water behind
it. Usually, some of this water splashes on the backs
of the rider and pillion, as well as the rear of the
bike. This is unpleasant and annoying. Our elegant
splash guard, which is easy to fit between the
numberplate and its holding bracket, deflects the
water and keeps most of it off the rider and the
bike. A small, unobtrusive item that makes a big
difference!

The pannier rack is made from robust 18mm stainless steel and is electropolished. It is attached using
the existing attachment points. The robust construction is located as close as possible to the rear
frame and can be used with the original silencers or
aftermarket silencers. This does not affect the ability
to carry a pillion passenger.

Our „new style small“ tank bag is refreshingly
light und sportive and shows a lot of small
detailed solutions. The outside netpockets give
space for small things ready to use. The organizer
compartement inside allows you to keep important
things like credit cards, maps, personal papers and
pens organized. The remouvable map compartement
is a must for touring. The two big 3M reflective
applications give you more security and visibility on
the bike. With the comfortable handel, the bag can
be easily carried and with the included straps it can
be used as a backpack. The practical mounting kit
secures the tankbag on the tank and allows an easy
removal at the gas station. The tankbag is build out
of strong Cordura fabric.

There‘s more to our Touring tank bag than just good
looks! Designed to match the CBF perfectly, it
guarantees full steering lock without the
embarrassment of accidentally sounding the horn
when manoeuvring. It also adopts and continues the
sporty lines of the bike. Thanks to the attachment kit,
instant access to the tank lid is provided when necessary. There are three mesh pockets on the outside
for small items. The volume can be increased from
18 to approx. 26 litres. And even when extended,
the new construction ensures that the instruments
remain visible. With the comfortable carrying handle,
the tank bag also looks good without a motorbike.
It can also be used as a rucksack with the enclosed
straps.
