Are you looking for a site to set your special celebration
apart from the ordinary? Look no further than the American
Village in Montevallo.
FACILITIES:
The Colonial Chapel is patterned after one of the oldest
churches in America - Bruton Parish Church of
Williamsburg, Virginia - and is reminiscent of those lovely
tradition-filled chapels of early America. Inside, rays of the
sun filter through arched windows. Colonial polished brass
chandeliers cast a gentle glow of period lighting, accenting
the Chapel's tasteful interior. Outside, the 100-foot tall
steeple stretches into the sky. The Chapel can seat more than
250 guests in its rich wooden-paneled box seating and oldfashioned pews.
There are several unique locations for receptions,
rehearsal dinners, showers or teas, conferences,
meetings and other private events within the
American Village's 183-acre site. The historic
Barn has all the modern amenities you need with
the rustic charm you want. Liberty Hall is a traditionally
elegant ballroom with cut-glass chandeliers and darkstained hardwood floors. This room was patterned after
The East Room of The White House.
Beautiful grounds and gardens, historically inspired
structures, plentiful parking, spacious dressing suites for
the bride and groom, shuttles, and personal attention from
