Event Rental Policy
A desposit of $200.00 minimum is required to make any
reservation. 100% is due before pick up or delivery. This
deposit is non-refundable and will hold the items you have
reserved in your name. Deposits on cancelled iteams are nontransferable.
All items should be returned in the same condition in which
you received them, cleaned and returned in containers in
which they were sent out. Cleaning is not included in the
rental agreement. A cleaning fee is charged on all items not
returned clean.
For linen rentals, if the linens come back in with spots that
would require extra dry cleaning sessions (chocolate, wine,
wax, charcoal, etc.) a charge will be assessed for each linen
with a difficult spot. You are responsible for the replacement
cost of linens with spots that are impossible to get out
(marker, crayons, dye, and grass).
Charges are for time out of the store, whether used or not.
Rates listed are for a one day rental (unless preauthorized by
Event Coordinator).
REMEMBER you are responsible for equipment’s security
and protection. We DO charge for all missing and all
damaged items.
