"Western histories have put forth many theories about the fall of Rome and
attributed the onset of the Dark Ages to a wide variety of causes, except the one
cause that may have had more to do with it than any other: Christianity. By
denying women's spiritual significance and forbidding Goddess Worship, the

through each other.

of the pious." After years of vandalism and destruction, St. John Chrysostom
proudly boasted, "Every trace of the old philosophy and literature of the ancient

It was almost true. Christian persecutions left "but few fragments of a vast
liturgy and religious literature of paganism which would have cast many a ray of
light on the origins of our own faith; and demolished holy places and beautiful
temples such as the world shall never rear again" After temples were destroyed,
monks and hermits were settled in the ruins to defile the site with their
excrement, and to prevent reconstruction.

Our Science and Technics have made great progress in industrial
production, war-making production, exploiting natural resources,
conquering and exterminating Native peoples... But our fundamental
mythology and spiritual beliefs remain little better than a Charlie
Manson Cult left over from an illiterate and superstitious Palestine still
smarting from the fall of Jerusalem to Roman Armies in 70 AD and again
in Bar Kokhba's revolt in 132-135 AD.
Thus it is little wonder why we cannot come to grips with the Cosmic
Events overtaking our Home Planet! Republican talk show pundits Rush
Limbaugh and Sean Hannity lambaste and ridicule the threat of Global
Warming and environmental degradation. Since the advent of Nuclear
Explosions in 1945, Flying Saucers have been seen over every Continent,
yet ridicule or worse is the response of the authorities to any scientist who
dares to mention these new observations made from Nature in the skies of
