3-DAY CAMP
The 49ers conduct one 3-day camp each July designed to
teach youth the fundamentals of football. Boys and girls ages
7-14 are eligible to participate. This is a non-contact camp
designed to improve a child’s beginning, intermediate, or
advanced skill level.
GATORADE JR. TRAINING CAMP
The 49ers hold free football camps throughout the season and
offseason. The 49ers Gatorade Jr. Training Camps offer children
ages 7-14 the opportunity to learn football skills such as
passing, ball carrying and tackling while also learning about
proper hydration.
COACH OF THE WEEK
The Charlie Wedemeyer Memorial Coach of The Week program
awards winning coaches a $1,000 grant towards their football
program from the 49ers Foundation.
PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Winning players receive game tickets and merchandise from
the 49ers, as well as a $500 grant from the 49ers Foundation
for demonstrating exemplary talent on and off the field.
HIGH SCHOOL HELMET WALL
As a tribute to the importance of high school football programs
and the outstanding life skills they teach young people, the 49ers
have created a three-dimensional mural made up of helmets from
all of our Northern California high school football programs.
