o In 2014, IDCsalud (largest Spanish player) acquired Grupo Hospitalario Quirón (“GHQ” – second largest
Spanish player). The combined group is the clear market leader in the Spanish hospital industry and one of
the top 5 players in Europe. In addition, IDCsalud has acquired Grupo Ruber, one of the most prestigious
hospital groups in Spain

centers, 6 care homes), over 6,400 beds and 26,000 professionals*

o Private patients: our hospital network include some of the most prestigious and well-known hospitals of the
