Cermis right in front of our hotel can be reached with the free ski-bus service.
For skiers who love longer runs you can easily get to Pampeago-Obereggen.
For the more demanding skiers the “Sella Ronda or Four Passes” connecting
Fassa Valley & Gardena Valley with kilometers and kilometers of slopes.
For the lovers of cross-country the Lavazè plateau or the higher Oclini Pass are nearby.
You will find yourselves immersed in a winter wonderland with beautiful views of the snow
capped Dolomites. Also nearby is the well known Cross-country ski center
home of the world championships.

Directly in the square in front of the hotel you can find the latest skis,
with a special discount for our guests. Plus a ski deposit area directly

GENERAL INFORMATIONS
Reservations - Requests of reservation can be done by phone, by fax, by e-mail or online, contacting the Trento’s booking center or directly the Hotel or Clubresidence chosen, following the instruction
that we’ll give you. To confirm the request of reservation we will firstly check the availability, then we’ll ask you to pay a down-payment or the settlement in case of not refundable rate, after the receiving of
the amount requested we’ll confirm the booking. The settlement has to be done at the arrival.
Prices - Prices, except where indicated, are in euro per 7 days stays for a fully equipped apartment. It is compulsory to choose one of the personalized services (pag. 3). In case of no indication, will be
automatically assigned the princess service. Hotel Resort: prices are per person per 7 days stay week or period. Prices are always updated on our website www. clubres.com
Number of guests - Apartments, rooms and suite units can’t be occupied from more person than the maxim capacity of the unit, indicated in the tables; in the number of person all children are counted,
also infant; by no way a unit will be delivered to a larger number of guests. Units are delivered only in the afternoon according to the time table. In order to check the maintenance and the way the unit is
used, the Management has the right to inspect the units in any moment. Requested specific units number can’t be guaranteed.
Arrival, deposit, departure - Before the check in you will be required to leave a deposit (formula Clubresidence only) that will be given back, after a careful check-out made by the Management, provided
that the unit shows no damage or dirt. Apartments are to be left tidy (rubbish removed with attention to the local rules, linen collected) and the kitchenette cleaned (otherwise we will charge at least 30 euro
for the service). Check-in time is 3-10 pm with units delivery guarantee up to 6 pm, Check-out time 7.30 - 10.00 am. Change day is Saturday except where differently indicated. If you departure time is
between 10 pm and 7.30 am the deposit will be delivered at your home after the check-out.
Miscellaneous - Facilities (swimming pool, entertainment, baby club...) in some cases (bad weather, low season) or in case of unforeseeable circumstances can be closed. Guests are kindly asked to respect
the time-table and rules issued by the Management for these services. The Management, according to its own judgment, can close or clear a facility or service in any moment.
Animals - Animals are not admitted. Small pets, max. 10 kg and not puppies, are allowed in some residences upon request and according to the Management.
Cancellations - In case of cancellation of your reservation (for any reason) the following penalties will be applied on the total amount of your stay: 10% of the total amount up to 30 days before the arrival;
40% from 29 up to 21 days before the arrival; 50% from 20 up to 10 days before the arrival; 75% from 9 up to 3 working days (Saturdays are not counted) before the arrival; 100% outside these terms. In
no case the down- payment will be refunded, but it would be valid for another say in one of the structure of the group in a period to be agreed with the Management.
We suggest you to make an insurance for the cancellation of the holiday, contact Trento’s booking center.
Refunds - Anticipated departures, late arrivals or not consumed meals give no right to re- payments.
Competent Court - In case of disagreement the Italian law will be applied and only the Court of Justice of Trento will be competent to settle the matter. SAFEKEEPING OF PERSONAL DATA - The treatment
data is kept in protected archives of Alpi Due Srl - Centro Vacanze Veronza S.a.s, Rovereto Due S.a.s, Dalle Nogare Srl, Alpi S.a.s., with the adoption of suitable security measures as to minimize the risk of loss
or damage, also accidental, unauthorized access or treatment of data without consent or for other than the original use. Data will be used to fulfill legal obligations and also if authorized in future marketing,
catalogue or price list delivery. If you don’t want to receive any marketing information anymore, just write to the head office in Trento.
