Setup Guide
Welcome to
eDirectDebit is a cost effective mechanism for generating or
accepting Direct Debits payments online. It’s efficient, accurate,
reduces administration and provides immediate validation
of information, helping reduce instances of errors and the
inability to collect.
And we know how important your brand is and how that
matters when converting payers to sign up to a Direct Debit.
eDirectDebit lets you configure the look and feel to fit in with
your brand and website. This can be a simple colour and logo
change to advanced CSS.
We work with you to create a secure, fully branded, Paperless
Direct Debit web form that can be linked to your website via a
URL. (Iframe and API are also available.)
New supporters/members/payers will be directed to this page
where they’ll be taken through a straightforward, intuitive and
engaging, online Direct Debit sign-up process. They will also
receive a branded personalised HTML or plain text-based email
confirmation which can serve as an Advance Notice Letter,
saving you fulfilment and postal costs.
The following information will guide you through the process
for getting your eDirectDebit page and email confirmation
configured and customised to your requirements, from
branding and look and feel, to custom questions and back-end
data requirements.

Overview of the eDirectDebit Setup Process
Rapidata work with you to set up your eDirectDebit page(s). Please allow 2 to 4
weeks from receipt of your eDirectDebit agreement for your page to be set live.

Google Analytics is a service offered by Google that generates
detailed statistics about a website’s traffic and traffic sources
and measures conversions and sales. It’s the most widely used
website statistics service.
Google Analytics can track visitors from all referrers, including
search engines and social networks, direct visits and referring
sites. It also displays advertising, pay-per-click networks,
email marketing and digital collateral such as links within PDF
documents.
We know how Important analysing the success of your pages is,
so we have added the advanced Google Analytics tracking to all
the eDirectDebit pages you setup. We’ll just need your Google
Analytics tracking code to add to your page.
