each Supanova with Preview Night, Friday
night from 6pm to 10pm (June 15th in Sydney
and June 23nd in Perth)!
Get a sneak peek at part of our wonderful line
up of guests at the Opening Ceremony, rock
out with Seattle nerd-rockers Kirby Krackle,
watch Gintama the Movie and more. Plus
there’s the added benefit of picking up your
wristband and autograph/photo-op tokens (till
8pm) to help with queuing Saturday morning.
Fun, Games and Cosplay!
A huge part of the colour and atmosphere
comes from our fans celebrating their love of
anime, gaming, comic-books, sci-fi and fantasy
by cosplaying! Whether you’re competing in the
Madman National Cosplay Championship,
hosted by comedian John Robertson for a
chance to win a trip for two to Japan, or you
just want to hang and be in heaps of photos
having fun, Supanova is the place to do it.
There’s other comps like DBZ Kamehameha,
trivia,Wacom Fanart, karaoke and cosplay chess,
and the Madman Anime Screening Room
where there’ll be non-stop anime all weekend!

Emmet Brown from Back to the Future. Other

Framed Roger Rabbit, My Favorite Martian, Taxi,

Yvonne Craig
Hayden Panettiere’s career defining role so
far is the Cheerleader in Heroes but also
includes Remember the Titans, Racing Stripes,
Scream 4 and Hoodwinked Too! Hood vs. Evil.
Yvonne Craig, captured Elvis Presley’s heart
in two films, stole Captain Kirk’s heart in Star
Trek and knocked villains out as Batgirl in the
1960’s series of Batman! We welcome back
our 2002 alumni guest.
Noah Hathaway was every girl’s hero as
Atreyu in The NeverEnding Story while sci-fi fans
know him as Boxey in 78’s Battlestar Galactica.

“kneel before Zod” as he reprised the classic
line and character in Smallville. Other credits
include Dead Like Me and The Tudors.

John Viener has not only voiced numerous
characters in over one hundred episodes of
Family Guy and over twenty of The Cleveland
Show but he’s also written and directed many

As always there’s plenty of gaming action at
Supanova, whether it’s from the perspective of
video gaming, CCG or the talent behind it all.
Between the Rooster Teeth stars of Burnie
Burns and Gavin Free, cool games thanks to
Intencity and TLS in Sydney, and Smashboards
and Ozhadou in Perth, it’s great!
Then there’s plenty of collectable card game
(CCG) action with Wizards introducing new
players to Magic the Gathering with demo
sessions to showcase the new multiplayer set
called Planechase (Sydney) while Tournaments
WA is running 8-man Yu-Gi-Oh! comps in Perth.
Wrestling!
Get ready for action as the fighting athletes of
the Australasian Wrestling Federation (AWF)
invade Supanova again! See “in your face”
AWF live events three times daily (12pm,
2pm and 4pm) with each fun show action
packed with surprises galore. AWF Titles are
