food” is a relatively new, fast growing category
called “Raw Food.” Raw restaurants are popping

soccer moms are getting into it. Even weird people
like me eat a lot of raw foods. I see this category
growing long into the future. A great niche
opportunity.
“Alternative” health and healing is not exactly new
anymore, but it’s picking up the momentum of a
FREIGHT TRAIN. And it’s sub dividing into all
kinds of interesting different niches and creating
huge opportunity for a lot of entrepreneurs. People
are trusting “Western Medicine” less and they’re
turning to alternative “Natural” methods.
I typically avoid “prevention” categories, as most
people aren’t SEARCHING for “prevention.” Those
who are searching for it are not too serious about it
so, it is difficult to create a successful business
here. But the “Wellness” category is just a little bit
different. As the self help and personal
development gurus are teaching us to get in touch
with how we’re feeling in our bodies, many of us
realized that we felt bad and that we’d like to feel
good. In other words, we want to realize our full
“Wellness Potential.” Increasing health, energy and
vitality is becoming big business, and you can do
well in this category if you choose a MOTIVATED
group of people to create solutions.
10. Any Specific Health Problem
This area is “sticky,” as it’s often illegal to sell or market specific “cures” to health problems (again, check with your attorney). But the fact is that when
someone has a specific health challenge, they become VERY motivated to get an education about that particular topic. If you can create an Information
product that helps people solve a Specific Health Problem quickly, you can become VERY successful while at the same time, creating a lot of value for
people who are in pain.

planet.
If the dating goes well, then the real challenges
begin. Successful relationships require
communication skills, partnering skills,
understanding, trust and a million other skills.
Relationship advice will also be a successful
information product category for the long term, and
if you have experience or expertise of helping people
having successful relationships, then this is a great
way to “do well by doing good.”
The ultimate “relationship” is, of course, Marriage.
Marriage can be thought of as a category within
the relationship category but Marriage is special,
it carries the implications of “lifetime commitment.”
When people get married, they enter a new phase
of their life, and many things change. Finances,
responsibilities, and stress become more
complicated. Marriage is a great place to target
your niche.

intercourse. I think that sex is at the root of more

you can help people live more fulfilling sex lives, you
can do very well for yourself in Information
Marketing.
The intersection of “Pain” and “Urgency” usually
offers great opportunity to create Information
products that sell. The general area of “Conflict” is
an excellent place to start “hunting” for a niche that
needs your advice. Whether it’ is a relationship or
family conflicts, these are the areas where people
get the feeling that they “NEED HELP” often
because they intuitively know that if they experience
too much conflict, the relationship will END. Good
niche to target.
The “ultimate” relationship conflict is divorce. It has
it’s own section in some bookstores. An entire
army of lawyers focuses only on divorce law. Big
money is at stake when Divorce comes into the
picture, and if you can help people with this level
of conflict relationship, then you have a huge,
natural “built in” customers for the long term.

I’ve listed body language here in the relationships
& dating section, but the truth is that it is a topic
that “crosses over” to all 3 Mega Niches. We want
to learn to read body language to flirt with and
attract a mate. We want to learn to read body
language so we can persuade and sell better. We
want to learn to read Body Language so we can
change our own to communicate confidence,
health and success. In every case, it’s a category
that is growing in interest and success right now.
I typically don’t advise that information marketers
target niches that have to do with “prevention” as
if it’s much harder to market and sell products that
are “preventive.” But, when it comes to kids, the
game changes. People will do anything for their
kids. But most people don’t know “WHAT TO DO”
Especially if they have a child that is misbehaving,
or who has a learning disability, or who is socially
awkward and self conscious about it. Parents are
spending more money for their kids and learning
how to be good parents. It’s another niche that is
going to be good for the long term, or at least as
long as we continue having children.
This is really a “sub category” within parenting in
a way. Parents are starting to think about how their
6 year old is going to get into Harvard, and are
starting “accelerated education” courses for their
children at younger age. Everything from education
games to education videos and everything in
between is becoming “VERY IG BUSINESS”. If
you know how to help parents in educating their
kids for long term success in life, then find an
unmet needs in parents and create Information
products for it.

Even though real estate booms and busts, it tends
to always be a good category for information
products. In fact, it can often to be even better
when the market is bad because when the market
is good, people don’t think they need help. Real
estate investment is complex, multi faceted, and
interesting. There are many niche opportunities
within this massive category and if you have
experience making money or creating a successful
business in real estate, this can be a very profitable
category to work with.
The “FOREX” market (short for Foreign
Exchange), in my opinion, has become the new
“day trading.” It’s a high risk and energy game
where big money can be made or lost in seconds.
That’s probably why so many people are getting
involved with it. It’s also something that basically
anyone can get involved with if they have access
to some money and a computer so, it’s popularity
is growing fast. If you have knowledge of how to
profit in this market, then you should consider
teaching others what you’ve learned in the form of

In the world where I’m writing this report, we’re

Section’, we’ve been saving less and realize that
retirement requires “MONEY”. If you can teach
people how to retire successfully (or how to deal
with the challenging aspects of retirement) you
have a high probability of creating a successful
information business. Retirement is a long term
opportunity, as the entire population is only
growing larger and getting older.

opportunities for literally anyone to start a business
from home. Millions of people are working parttime and full-time from home running eBay
business alone. Whether it is an internet business
or a traditional business, people who are starting
their own business needs help. Business has
many “twists and turns,” and there is not enough
good “Starting a Business” advice in the world
today. There are so many niche opportunities
within this category (and so many more created
every day with new inventions and technologies)
that this category will never “run dry.”
I hesitate to mention this category because of so
many products sold in this niche are garbage or
scams. But the fact is that if you ask people what
they need right now more than anything, a large
percentage of them will answer: “MONEY.” And it
turns out that making money is harder than it
would seem. If you can help people get started
making money then you should test an information
product on the topic.
In business, everyone is trying to get more
customers. It is the highest priority of most
businesses. If you ask 100 business owners who
failed in business and went bankrupt what the
problem was? Most of them will answer “not
enough customers” in one way or another. What is
the best way to get customers? Marketing is great
because it allows you to let the Marketing do the
work for you. Advertisements run day and night in
magazines, on T.V and online without a person
there to do the selling, etc. I’ll tell you from
experience, if you can teach people how to market
their business successfully, then you can create a
big win in the information product space. NOTE:
Online marketing is one of the biggest

so, if you can learn and teach it, you really have an

What are the biggest enemy of business success in modern times? It’s
distraction and interruption. And as I mentioned earlier in this report, I
discovered that time management is one of the biggest challenges that
business people and entrepreneurs faces and I think that this is one of the big
“unseen opportunities” to create successful information products and coaching
now and into the future.
The latest estimates are that the average college graduate is going to have
something like a dozen different jobs, and several entire career changes
before age 38. Think about that, since most people will be working for a
business during this period of their lives, one of the key skills to have is
knowing how to get a job in the first place. If you know how to write resumes,
interview like a pro or network to get good job interviews, then you should
consider launching an information product in this category.

Search products by Gravity which means how many Affiliates are selling the respective products. Big number big competition lower
number less people promoting.
So go to market place, select on the left what category you want to see. For example, Health & Fitness-Remedies and to avoid a big
competition I normally chose a product around 50. I have a blog already to show so I chose
Master Cleanse Secrets 10 day diet, see it in action on the next sheet.

the “Gravity” is 50 or more
-“Initial $/Sale” is at least $20 means that you can
expect to earn $20 a sale, taking into account refunds
or any Click Bank charges
-"Gravity" is a Click Bank calculation that works out to
be approximately how many affiliates are promoting the
product, how well the product is doing, and a few other
factors. The value of 50 is good for auto-blog networks
as opposed to paid advertising such as PPC, which
generally you’d want to have a minimum value of 100.

Look at the sales page and ensure it looks good
(clean, professional, etc.).
4. Use the Google Keyword Tool to reverse lookup
of the URL to find related keywords and check that
there are at least 50 [exact] match keywords with a
minimum of 1000+ local monthly searches.
5. If the URL does not provide enough keywords,
check with the top keyword provided by Google.
Use at least a 2 word phrase.

Amazon has categories, sub-categories and, in some
markets, even sub-sub-categories.
List all the sub-categories followed by checking each
one individually to ensure they have products that are
on page one of the “Best Sellers” for that category
and:
- are selling for at least $100
- have at least 10 solid reviews (if nothing available
with this many reviews, you can settle for 5 or
more,
but 10 or more is highly recommended)
- have a 4+ star rating
- are in stock (so you can buy new)

3. Take the list of sub-categories and tweak them to ensure
they represent the niche as good as possible.
What this means is a category may be worded in such a way
that it won’t provide good keyword research results so you
are going to want to massage those words a little because
sub-categories are the top-level keywords we are going to
begin our research on. For example, in the category "Home,
Garden & Pets > Home Appliances > Large Appliances"
there is the sub category "ranges". This is not a good
keyword to research because its too broad and would get
results including "mountain ranges, viking ranges, rangers"
and more. Instead we would change this to "wall ovens".
4. Use the Google Keyword Tool to check traffic of the
market to ensure there are at least 50[exact] match terms
with at least 1000+ local monthly searches. If you find a
product that looks good and it does not have 50 words, you
can still move forward with it, but it will be harder to find good
keywords.

[exact] is one of three matching methods. The other
two are broad and "phrase". [exact] will use your
term exactly as it is laid out – the exact words and in
the order they are written, e.g. [keyword phrase A]
will only produce matches that have exactly that.
Potential matches like “keyword A”, “phrase A”,
“Keyword phrase”, etc. will not be considered a
match. By using [exact] you get the most realistic
number of traffic for that term.

The reason?
If you used 1 then you will get words like Orange,

Competition is relatively small, around 48k and 36k.
Searches are obviously good.
OCI, SEOV and AwV are good enough (OCI is an
algo in which Microsoft determines commerciability,
is this a word?) of a word.
In short, if someone is likely to purchase
something.Adwords value means people are bidding
on it, which USUALLY means there are buyers that’s
why they are wasting money on it.

Lots of dark grey cells which means it’s hard to beat in that area. How can you beat youtube and amazon’s number of indexed pages right? But
if you look at it as a whole, it’s not really scary.
- There’s amazon. You know you can sell something, and the product has a good price so commissions will be good.
- With amazon there, you know you can have a spot inside the top 10 already
- Domain age is the only negative here. I suggest buying an old domain somehow related to this. There’s a module in Market samurai to do that as well.
- There is youtube so you know you can rank videos as well.
- The backlinks are just a few. 115? Of course we don’t need to mind the 1730 links of the official website.
- Internal links aren’t that many as well.
- Most are not optimized for the keyword.
You can just buy the domain with the keyword as the domain name. You’d probably get away with it.

Let’s do a filter. I want a maximum of 150000 SEOC so I can see clearer. I did not set it earlier because I wanted to see first how many long
tails are there. Simply because if there are lots of long tails (phrases that are 4 words and above) then this is really a good niche.

Anyways, “Juice Parts” is another good keyword as long as you can find something to sell. Someone has bought the domain and is using it
(look at number 3) and monetizing it with Adsense.

If the domain is not free use this methods:
1. Variant of the main keyword using dashes within.
Example: master-cleanse.com
2. An additional letter at the end of the domain.
Example: mastercleansex.com or

Either way, the power of an exact match domain is
still extremely strong for SEO and have your page in
the top.

After you have your domain name you should register that with
Namecheap .

hosting, your host should have provided you with a name-server,

will use the offered name-server to set the name-server your
domain will use to point to your host.

shared basic account for start. If you’re using a shared basic
account, then you may have to set up an add-on domain.
Creating an account:
When you signed up with a host, you created a hosting account.
Within that account, you set up separate accounts (kind of like subaccounts) for each domain.
Add-on domain: When you registered for your shared hosting
account, you were given a root domain, e.g. redracecars.com.
Add-on domains are basically sub-directories within that root
domain. Each add-on domain will then point to the corresponding
sub-directory. This will appear seamlessly to end users who likely
won’t even realize they are in a sub-directory.

highly due to their simple setup and fast response time.
Choose their "Baby" plan, stay away from the more
expensive "Business" plan as it's not necessary.

1. Log into your Hostgator cPanel (control panel).
2. Scroll down until you're near the bottom of the page.
3. Locate the section entitled "Software/Services.”

text link on the left sidebar.

7. Choose which domain you want this wordpress
install to be on. If you've got an individual site
hosting plan, this will default to your one domain. If
you have a shared hosting plan, choose which
domain you want this wordpress install to be on.
8. In the section that says, "Admin access data," is
where you'll put the login name and password you
want to use to log into your Wordpress blog
dashboard.
9. Fill in the "Base Configuration" fields with the
name you want to be associated with all the posts
you write in your new blog. Also, add in your email
address and the website's domain name for your
new blog.
10. Click "Install Wordpress."

11. You will be given the domain information, to
make sure that it's being installed on the correct
domain. If it looks good, click "Finish Instillation.”
12. You're done. You've just installed Wordpress on
your new website. Make a note of your login
information and/or print out the information on the
screen so that you can remember how/where to log
in so that you can access your new blog.

1. Log in to the Admin area and go to the
"Settings" drop-down box. Select "Permalinks".
Under the "Common Settings" option change it
from "Default" to "Custom Structure".
In that blank box after the Custom Structure
button, type in: /%postname%/ This makes each
article or post we do to the site actually use the
article's own title as the URL for the content,
instead of that "/?p=123" format that is the default.
This is important because Googlebot loves it when
a URL has the same keyword as the actual
content on the page, because it allows it to better
"see" the relevancy of that page for the search
term.
