ibella BEADS® EVENT POLICIES:
CANCELLATION POLICY: $25 event reservation fee is non-refundable. Food deposit will be refunded with 48 hours advance
notice. See ibella BEADS® standard return policy for additional goods purchased for event.
• A party is confirmed on the schedule with a $25 non-refundable deposit, a completed party contract and
a confirmation from the store manager.
• Please arrive 15 minutes early to take care of final payment and with any additional party decor items.
Parties will not begin until payment for all guests in attendance is made.
• Rescheduling of party is subject to availability of mutually agreed upon date.
• Outside food & drinks are allowed only in designated areas of the store.
• We reserve the right to halt the party for unruly behavior & charge damages.
• ibella BEADS® staff supervises the beading activity, however the host bears responsibility for all guests.
• Extra beads or merchandise charged accordingly.
• Seating for people not participating in the beading activity may be limited.
