APPOINTMENTS
We encourage advance reservations
to ensure that your preferred
treatment, time and/or therapist are
available. However, day of bookings
and walk-ins are always welcome
based on availability. Prior to your
service, you may be required to
complete a Guest Pre-Treatment
Form to safeguard your well-being
and comfort, and to minimize any
risk of injury.
PROMPTNESS
All appointments begin and end
on time as a courtesy to our guests.
Your arrival time will determine the
length of your treatment, which will
end as scheduled so that the next
appointment may begin promptly.
Arriving late will limit the time of
your treatment, thus lessening its
effectiveness and your pleasure.
The full value of your service
will still be charged. In order to
enjoy our facilities, please arrive
a minimum of 15 minutes prior to
your appointment time.
C ANCELLATION POLICY
A credit card or hotel folio number
will be required to make your
Spa reservation. We ask 24 hours
notice for the cancellation of spa
appointments. Within 24 hours,
50% of the scheduled services will
be charged to your credit card. A no
show will result in a 100% charge of
the scheduled services.
HEALTH CONCERNS
Please notify your Spa Coordinator
when scheduling treatments if you
are pregnant, have high or low
blood pressure, physical ailments,
skin conditions or open wounds,
allergies or any condition that may
prohibit massage, skincare therapies
or use of heat. We discourage
excessive alcohol consumption
prior to and immediately following
spa treatments. We recommend
clients who are in their first trimester
not schedule a massage, body
treatment, pedicure, or certain
facials.
WHAT TO BRING
For your convenience we provide
locker room and shower facilities
that may be used when receiving
spa services. We provide robes,
sandals, towels, lockers, hair and
body care products. Most body
treatments are enjoyed without
clothing. Avoid bringing jewelry
or valuables to the Spa. If you are
staying at the hotel we encourage
you to leave these items in your
guest room safe. The White Orchid
Spa cannot assume responsibility
for lost or stolen items.
ENVIRONMENT
Please
respect
our
tranquil
environment by silencing all
electronic devices in the common
areas, or by leaving them home
or in your guest room. Electronics
are not permitted in the treatment
rooms. The spa facility is a smokefree environment.
CHILDREN
We ask as a courtesy to other
guests that children under the
age of 12 remain in the comfort
of your home or guest room. We
can provide massages, facials, and
salon services to children ages 12
and above with parental supervision
and consent.
PAYMENT
We accept all major credit cards,
personal and travelers checks, cash,
or Spa services can be charged to
your hotel folio. Please present
discounts, gift vouchers and gift
certificates at the time services are
rendered. Discounts do not apply
to Spa packages, promotions,

Medical Grade Peels
Chemical peels can vary in strength and ingredients based on your skincare needs and concerns. Clients
with severe skin problems such as stubborn acne, acne scarring, moderate to deep hyperpigmentation,
or advanced signs of aging such as lines and wrinkles can benefit tremendously from our selection of
peels. Downtime may vary up to 7 days, and some skin preparation may be required before a peel may
be scheduled. Peel treatments include a complimentary post-peel skincare kit.
Sublative Rejuvenation (E-Matrix)
Smooth out the lines of time. Sublative rejuvenation uses RF energy technology, which has been shown
to effectively treat mild to moderate wrinkles, red and brown spots as well as textural irregularities. This
minimally disruptive treatment targets the deep dermal layers and can also result in the improvement
of skin laxity, pore size, acne scars and superficial skin lesions. Treatment times are typically short and
downtime minimal, usually about 3-6 days. A series is recommended.
Laser Hair Removal
Laser hair removal is the leading method used to remove unwanted hair. It is a safe and effective procedure
that captures the hair follicles that are actively growing and eliminates the growth activity. Laser light finds
hair by its color or pigment. The darker and coarser the hair color, the easier the laser can find hair follicles
and destroy their ability to grow. For the laser to work best, a skin to hair contrast must be visible to the eye
and to the laser. Over a series of treatments the hair growth is reduced about 80%.
Photorejuvenation (IPL)
IPL, or intense pulsed light, is a popular treatment best-known for its ability to treat broken capillaries and
“age spots” caused by sun damage. IPL also stimulates the production of collagen, plumping up the skin
and creating a more unified, creamy skin tone. Ideal candidates are those with light skin looking to treat
rosacea, redness, hyperpigmentation, enlarged pores and overall dull skin. Benefits include no recovery
time, reduced pore size and even skin tone, and a more youthful look.
Skin Tightening (ReFirme)
