RECYCLE
REUSE
In 2009, more than 47
million bags were reused
by ShopRite customers and
diverted from our landfills.
Last year, ShopRite
recycled nearly 110,000
tons of cardboard, plastic
film, bags, newspaper,
office paper and metal.
Visit the community and environmental sections
of Shoprite.com for more information.
ShopRite stores are owned and operated by families — some of whom
have lived and worked in your community for generations. ShopRite
families take great pride in the support they provide to local programs,
charities and organizations like theNew Jersey Clean Communities
Council. We’ve found that giving back to those we serve is just something a good neighbor should do. And, after all, we care about the
environment and clean beaches because we live here too!
