About CREW Network
CREW is an acronym that stands for Commercial Real Estate Women. Founded in 1989, CREW
Network is the industry’s premier business networking organization dedicated to supporting the
achievements of women in commercial real estate. Over 9,500 members represent nearly every
discipline within the industry and are located in over 70 major markets across North America
CREW Network is designed to encourage referrals to trusted professionals who can be counted
on to deliver business results. In an era when quality and trust are at a premium, CREW means
collaborative networking with women and men, and real quality, and responsiveness to work
across all specialties within commercial real estate. From appraisals to zoning, there is always a
“warm call in CREW.”

Value of a CREW Network Membership
• CREW Network members represent nearly every discipline within commercial real estate
including law, brokerage, leasing, property management, finance, title/escrow, development,
corporate real estate, asset management, engineering and more.
• Average 14 years of commercial real estate experience
• Nearly 76 percent are presidents, CEOs, partners or senior managers of their companies
• Nearly 90 percent hold college or graduate degrees
• 60 percent report annual incomes in excess of $100,000
• 72 percent have given a referral to another member in the last 12 months
• 54 percent reported receiving a referral from another member in the last 12 months

Edmonton CREW Association
In spring of 2010, the Edmonton CREW association became an official chapter within CREW
Network. Since this time our chapter has grown to 85 members and has proudly hosted
exceptional educational and networking opportunities.
The Edmonton Crew Association is comprised of members from numerous prominent real
estate related firms in Edmonton. This diverse network provides our members with new and
creative ways of problem solving in order to get the deal done. The depth of the members
assists others to focus on the bottom line and inspire each other to work together to achieve

Edmonton CREW Association Membership
Full Membership
An indivdiual with a minimum of five (5)
years experience in a qualified field of
commercial real estate who is employed full
time in a professional position, the primary
responsibilities of which are in the qualified
field of commercial real estate.
Associate Membership
The same qualifications as a Full Member
are required with exception to the years of
experience. Associate Members must have
a minimum of two (2) years experience in a
qualified field of commercial real estate.
Civic Membership
An indivdiual who is currently invovled in
local or regional government, other public
agencies, universities or other educational
institutions or not-for-profit organizations.
Retired Membership
An individual who was previously a Member
but is no longer working full time. Affiliate Membership
An individual who does not qualify for Full
Member status, but whose admission
furthers the purpose of the CREW and
benefits its members. An Affiliate Member
must have 5 or more years of
experience and be employed full time
in a position, the primary professional
responsibilities of which relate to,
benefit or support Commercial Real Estate
and supplies a service or physical product
related to Commercial Real
Estate. Affiliate Member applicants from
companies that primarily contract as
subcontractors for construction
activities (i.e., mechanical, electrical,
roofing), installation or maintenance will be
considered Affiliates except
when the applicant has a professional
license. Preference will be given to female
applicants for membership as
Affiliate Members.
The CREW Network is open to men as well as women. We are interested in fostering positive
business relationships with all members of the real estate community.
To apply to become a member of the Edmonton Crew Association you must complete the
application form, attach a letter of reference and include payment of the membership fees.
The fees for 2016 are $380+GST for Full and Associate Members, $200+GST for Civic and Retired
Members, and $450+GST for Affiliate Members.
